Inexistent comunication, product never arrived, stay away from them

Ik heb 10-09-2018 een skibril bij deze sportzaak online besteld. Tot nu toe niks geleverd en ook geen geld teruggestort. Via mail, telefoon en Whats-app contact gehad met medewerker/eigenaar en kreeg altijd hetzelfde antwoord "ik stort het bedrag vandaag terug".
Maar dit is helaas niet het geval, ik zit nog steeds te wachten op het geld. Zie foto voor de bestelling op hun site. Heel erg jammer en triest dat er nog steeds bedrijven/ winkels zijn, die wat ze zeggen NIET nakomen. Zodra ik in de buurt ben (gaan over maandje richting Zwitserland) dan zal ik eens even persoonlijk langs de winkel gaan om het bedrag terug te halen !! mvg Roland

Like someone else said I put one star because its the least amount you can put this place dosent even deserve that they suck I ordered a product and after purchasing it 2 days later I got an email saying that they were out of the product but yet you can still purchase it on their website. Their phone number is a fake it doesn't call anywhere so I would like to know where this awesome customer service any other reviews comes from because there is absolutely no phone number to call to deal with any customer service. This place is just a waist of your time don't do it!!!!

Beware of the BAIT AND SWITCH!!! We ordered some skateboard wheels at $22. They accepted our order and charged our card. Then they refunded saying they were out of stock. We immediately went back to pick out another color only to find that they WERE NOT OUT OF STOCK, THEY JUST DECIDED TO MORE THAN DOUBLE THE PRICE to $54!!!!!

I ordered a longboard as a birthday present for my niece. All I received was a confirmation e-mail that they received my order. My account was debited and nothing. Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time or money...this is a scam!!!

Ordered sunglasses. They arrived scratched and looked like they had been used with tags reattached. Returned the next day. USPS shows the item was delivered back to DS 3 weeks ago. No refund and no response to email enquiries. I have now contested the payment with PayPal. I don’t get this approach at all.

Misleading advertising

I placed my first order on the site after seeing "25 day satisfaction guarantee" prominently displayed on the home page. After receiving the item (a Royal Robbins shirt) in which the pattern was different in person than displayed on the website, I went to the returns page. Imagine my dismay to discover that to return a $43 shirt, I must pay Discount Sporting the GREATER of 10% or $25 as a restocking fee. I emailed the company and got a non-answer answer, telling me to fill out the returns page prior to sending it back - but with no mention of my concerns about the greater than 50% restocking fee the company wants in exchange for an unopened shirt. I will never shop here again and encourage you all to find a different source for what you are purchasing unless you are absolutely certain you are keeping the item.

I bought fit tea post natal fat burner , and before my purchase , it said that it's eligible 25 days money back satisfaction guarantee. I tried it, and it made me sick , I asked for a return , I got a reply that they don't accept anything that's been open , back. I replied them back about the 25 days money back guarantee , and they never reply me back , ignore my emails. I make sure never purchase anything from this site. Very disappointed customer.

Top service, very happy that i shopped with them.

I bought a Lively Alert medical alert device. But when it arrived, the item was a Lively Splash, the older model. Not what I ordered nor what was pictured on the website. However, contacting Discount Sporting, they arranged for UPS to pickup the item for return and shortly I received the correct Lively Alert. They seem to be a promising online store with low prices and good service.

I purchased a very nice, but very affordable bike from Discount Sporting for my 14 yr old stepson. It arrived promptly but had been damaged during shipping. No problem...I was taken care of! They are sending me a new bike, and made the arrangements to have a postal service pick up the broken bike. This is to be a Christmas/birthday gift and he will get it on time. I am very impressed all the way around!

Very pleased with this company. Their website had a few technical difficulties so in return for the trouble they paid for express shipping on my product and I received it the day they promised!! Will buy from them again

There was a problem with the delivery of my goods and I informed the company and right away they solved the problem with no hassles whatsoever!!!! I am definitely doing business with Discount Sporting again.

This company is aweaome. Their customer service is unbeleivably quick to respond and shipping is fast and on time. Great prices too!
