Hi,
We’re so glad to hear you’re making the most of our offers, there’s plenty more to come!
I purchased a voucher and the pictured…
I purchased a voucher and the picture showed a bar scene. I then found out, with no description at checkout, I had purchased a massage. When I had no help from Discount for Teachers I went on to the site to see what I could use the voucher for and realised it doesn't even allow me to put in my address so I have thrown £40 down the drain!! Completely misleading product image and lack of clarity at checkout and absolutely zero customer service. I will now delete the app and advise my friends not to use it !

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your experience. The gift card you purchased is for Urban, which is a wellness and treatment provider offering a range of services such as massage, beauty treatments, and physiotherapy, and this is outlined within the offer details on the page.
The gift card itself is a monetary-value voucher that can be redeemed against eligible services available through Urban.
In relation to the booking process, Urban’s availability is location-dependent, and appointments are made directly through their platform, which explains why only certain addresses or providers may be shown based on coverage in your area.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, and your feedback regarding clarity and presentation has been noted.

Love a bargain - handy discounts.
There are some good discount offers for teachers and TAs to use, which come in really handy. Especially when you can't get the cheap holidays during term time. 😉
New discounts added all the time.

The idea was great and saw some good discounts! Unfortunately didn’t work that I feel like I fall in a scam with the Expedia discount if you play with 2 devices at the same time you will noticed it! You may want to have a word with Expedia that ruin your reputation!

Have tried a number of deals advertised. None come up with any real savings. The latest was for car insurance, and even with the "discount" prices for the same companies as on other sites were more expensive. So not impressed so far
