Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry your order hasn't arrived yet. I completely understand the frustration of waiting longer than expected.
To be clear on the timeline: you placed your order on July 2nd, and we shipped it out that very same day. It left our warehouse and was handed off to the courier on July 2nd, the same day the order came in. Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is entirely in the courier's hands, and in this case they've unfortunately taken far longer than they should. I can see your order is currently at the Calgary terminal, so it should hopefully be arriving soon.
We take pride in getting orders out the door fast, and this one was no exception. I'm sorry the courier's delay has made for a poor experience. If there's anything I can help with in the meantime, please reach out to us at info@discountfragrances.ca and I'll be glad to assist.

Very quick shipping, fantastic value (I purchased authentic Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue Intense) for less than half the retail price. I also received a sample of another fragrance, which I thought was nice. I would order from them again and will definitely recommend!
