The reason for 4 star- tiny scratch on our TV unit.
Not worth to return it.. it’s really very small ignorable defect.

My item was assembled for me but the doors are not aligned the back part of the shelf not done properly, to me this looks like rush rush job without considering customers reaction when they receive their item

The best shop I have ever come across I was assisted by Carmen when I bought my sleepercouch online on the 30th of December 2021, when I called the store for more information she spoke to me with so much kindness like I was family or someone she knew. My couch was delivered the following day 31st December 202 and even the people who were delivering were so respectful. And Carmen even wished me a happy new year.

Palesa was very very professional and pleasant to talk to, she knows how t happy. I'm a happy client and will happily refer people there as the service was breath taking. It's hard to find such service. Palesa you are a star. I give you a 100%

Discount Decor has not treated me well as I bought bunk beds and a blue jean sleeper couch on the 29th December 2021, I was then told that the mattresses I had ordered were not in stock via Telephone and that either I add another R1000 for another type of a single mattress which I did. I received the order late that day just after 7 pm, some of the bunk bed wood was cracked and had green mold on it and the sleeper couch that was Delivered was new but it's not the brown fabric I had to settle for as the blue jean fabric wasn't available either but instead I got the brown PU leather. So the following morning I sent the pictures to their Whatsapp number and Precious who was helping me with this order apologized and said the fault was on the dispatch side but she'll sort this out and confirm delivery that was the morning of the 30th December 2021 just before 9 am. so I called in just after 2 pm wanting to find out if they will exchange the items still on that day but no Precious was not reachable and I left numerous messages for her no avail.. then I called again on 31 December 2021 trying to find out what's happening with the Exchange of the goods and the lady that answered the phone said Precious is busy and that they only have 2 delivery vans and can't satisfy every customer which I felt was rude then all of a sudden I'm handed over to Bester who said will take over from Precious and sort out my order. he then called me back an hour later saying actually the delivery of the correct item will be in the new year but didn't want to commit to the exact date. so I packed all the wood in my car and drove to their offices and when I got there, there were plenty of delivery vans being packed that's when it occurred to me that that other lady whose name I didn't get lied to me.. but then I let that go and Bester Exchanged the damaged wood for me and said the sleeper couch exchange will be on the 3rd January 2022. and as promised I got the Exchange but now the Sleeper couch with the brown fabric I got was clearly written on the cover that it was REPAIR on 02/08/2021 and already had legs installed so I took the cover off and noticed wear and tear on the couch and looked at the delivery not which stated it's from their "Repairs general Acc Couches" at this point I'm really mad and I called again just before 16:30 no one answered. I then proceeded to take photos and sent them to their WhatsApps number and got the response the following morning saying they are sorry for this and that was it. I called and the other lady who didn't disclose her name said I must send the pictures as Bester wasn't at work yesterday and I told her I'd done that already on their WhatsApp and gave her my name to check against the chats that were yesterday morning 04 January 2022. at this point in time, I don't want anything else to do with Discount Decor I just want a refund for the Sleeper couch.

I am satisfied with the service, except that the delivery was a little delayed.

Pathetic customer service. And no, it is not next day delivery as the website suggests. Furthermore, even if the website says "in stock" there's a high possibility there's no stock and you'll have to wait 3 weeks for your purchase without any communication.

The worst online shopping experience of my life. It's taken them 2 weeks to "process" my refund and every time I call the shop I am sent from pillar to post. Nobody calls you back. I spent an hour on the phone just today explaining my problem to more than 3 people none of them assisted in the end. I am sending countless emails that no one is responding to. And still after all my efforts, no refund on site!

I ordered TV stand, I'm still waiting for it even today, I'm shocked that I'm receiving survey before the delivery.
