Well, I want to say in the beginning customer service was great but overtime it’s really gotten bad. I had one of the speakers that goes in the ear from my hearing aid go out and just trying to contact somebody took way more time than it should have and once I contacted them and told them what I needed that took probably a week and a half even after I paid the shipping it was over a week before they shipped it and then the shipment was damaged which took a couple of weeks we’re talking about weeks and if I wouldn’t have bought that speaker in my ear on my own, I would’ve went all that time with no left hearing aid and then recently they sent resent the order after I talked to them again about it and the order was wrong. It was a right side rather than a left.
