Received my daughters single bed last night, I ordered a single pink velvet divan style one with 2 drawers and a mattress, only £124.99 in total with delivery, my dad's set it up for us this morning, absolutely thrilled, very comfy mattress, no issues at all, totally recommend, very very happy, the bed is beautiful.

Overpriced and cheaply made stuff!

The beds look really nice and premium in the pictures, but when it arrived, it was a completely different story. There are loads of imperfections, with some dirty spots clearly visible on the cream-coloured finish. The frame is also very cheap and thin.

I additionally paid for drawers, but one of them is jamming and doesn’t operate properly.

It’s handmade, and you can see that straight away, which is absolutely fine. The problem is that it feels like it has been made as cheap as possible while being priced as a premium product.

Really happy with my experience. The bed quality is very good and exactly as expected.

Customer service was excellent – very helpful, quick to respond, and easy to deal with. Delivery was also great, always two people who brought everything upstairs, which made a big difference.

What really stood out was the support – they made sure everything was correct and took the time to help properly.

Overall, very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

I ordered my daughter a single ottoman bed from the Discount Bed Store and I couldn’t be more disappointed. A bed was delivered but all the parts were wrong and the colour of the headboard didn’t match the rest of the bed. I called the company and I was told that the wrong parts had been delivered and a new bed would be sent but wouldn’t be until the Tuesday, to which I agreed. Tuesday arrived and I hadn’t received a time of delivery so I messaged the company but received no response. I called and after the 3rd attempt a male answered and said that the bed wouldn’t be delivered and would find out when it would be made but now the company has gone silent and not responding to messages or calls. I haven’t received an apology for the inconvenience, their customer service is dreadful.
Although discounted, this single ottoman bed was still over £300 and I’m concerned that this company is a scam, so please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Half a bed delivered few weeks ago and company has failed to deliver the rest. Ignoring phone calls and messages. Waiting on refund and half a bed to be collected. Absolutely disgusting. If you want to be disappointed then go ahead but be warned 🤬

Absolutely diabolical service from Discount Bed Store.

We spent over £700 on a bed frame and paid extra for delivery and assembly, yet the experience has been nothing short of unacceptable. The original delivery arrived late, and to make matters worse, the team left a vital part behind, leaving my 14-year-old son unable to use his bed.

After several conversations and no real sense of urgency or genuine apology, the missing part was eventually delivered on a Saturday. I had to arrange for someone to be at home to receive it, causing further inconvenience. Despite having paid for assembly as part of the service, the team simply dropped off the missing part and left without completing the assembly.

A premium-priced product should come with professional service. Instead, we've experienced poor communication, missed expectations, repeated inconvenience, and a complete lack of ownership of the problem. Customers should not have to chase for solutions or finish a job they have already paid to have done.

I would strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Discount Bed Store to think carefully about whether this is the level of service they are willing to accept.

I ordered and paid for a divan bed and never had it delivered. No response from them. I don't know how I'm going to get my money back. Only course of action is to contact the Trade Standards to report this company.
