Product photo shows 3 lights, and description says 3 poles. However part is only 1 Pole and 1 Light. Also, it took over a week before it was sent.

I rang them before ordering and the nice lady kindly went away and checked that the smoke detectors I wanted had at least 10 years of use as per use by date. So ordered 3 smoke detectors online on Thurs morning, they arrived interstate to me on the 2nd business day (Mon) - btw I paid the cheapest postage rate so pretty quick.

It is so quick and easy to order and what a surprise when I received the order in only a few days.

Placed an order Jan 8 for sweatshirt for my husband,
they called the next day and said they did not have the size we wanted. We said to cancel the order. They posted credit card transaction same day as order. But after the order was cancelled, I waited 2 weeks to wait for the refund to my account. Did not get one so I contacted them with email with my order number about it. I got an email back and said they posted refunds on Jan 30 and wait 24-48 hrs. I waited til the following Monday but no transaction and sent another email about it and was sent an email and receipt saying they posted on February 5 and wait 24 hours. I called the bank and they did not have the transaction, had to call the company and spoke to them again and they told me to call bank again.
Finally after talking to dispute dept. they found it was posted that day.
I would not order from them again, not sure it is a legit company. I had checked before ordering from them, and said it was, but not sure it is. I shouldn't have had to call or email about my refund. I think they were not going to give it to me if I had not contacted them several times. I would not order from them.

Direct Wholesale was offering the best price for my new smoke alarm - ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived here (on the other side of the country) on Wednesday - couldn't ask for better service!

Took numerous emails to place my first order. Several delays then what arrived is incorrect despite giving them the exact product code.
They want me to return the products at my expense plus a restocking fee.
We will NEVER use them again. The whole process was terrible.
