Excellent steam iron. Makes ironing quick and easy.
Until to now still haven't got my iron.
Light and easy to use irons well
Very Good product but little high tech for those who are not tech savy
Good iron but steam could be better
not worth the high price tag, steam output is poor, its meant to be 6 bar pressure and it does not achieve this all the time, steam selection of just two is poor for this model
Very good steam generator, with non stick easy glide sole plate. Different in that it stands on the back end in its dock and on ironing board as it has a plastic stand attached so no more burn marks on the ironing board cover.
absolutely love it, this is my second one of the same iron, it is so good, and such a brilliant price couldn't match it anywhere else, last one lasted 3 years so fingers crossed this one does to
Product arrived quickly and well packaged. It was exactly as described. Customer service is excellent and can only highly recommend Direct Vacuums. Will certainly use again
Overall very good iron, once you get used to the way steaming works.

only used twice but amazed how quickly it glides through. reduce time by 50% easily
