We have used Direct Security at one of our work sites for a number of years and they have always been very responsive, helpful and professional. We recently upgraded our alarm at another site with Direct Security and again they were incredibly helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The engineers who make the annual visits are always good. Today Reece was the engineer and he was polite, helpful in his explanations and was quick and efficient.
Regarding booking the annual visits - I would prefer to be able to book a slot for a two hour time frame rather than a whole morning or afternoon as it would reduce the amount of time waiting at home for the visit.

Engineer was friendly, professional and explained every step involved in the maintenance visit.
