Came to Leanne with not long to go before our remortgage was due and she was so helpful with sorting everything out, both Leanne and Alana were brilliant... took all the stress out of the process for us and could not recommend enough! Recently remortgaged with Alana and Leanne at Direct Mortgages and they were absolutely fantastic. From my very first appointment with them they were so lovely, they gave me all the information I needed and helped me to find the best remortgage rate, they kept me updated throughout the whole process and made everything so simple for me. Avoid this business at all costs. They'll cost you thousands extras. You'll be chasing them for them to do their jobs.

They didn't even put our mortgage through leading to a 7% interest rate.

Simon did a great job of guiding me through the process of buying my first home. He provided lots of good advice and was quick to anticipate problems that might need addressing.
