We had Shaun come and do breakfast for 24 ladies while away on a hen weekend!
The breakfast was just perfect, lots of selection and all served hot.
Would highly recommend!

I hired Shaun for a dinner party for a 50th Birthday in Shoreham with 15 guests. The food was amazing and all the guest loved their meal! The food was professionally served and introduced to the party.

Shaun was organised, on time and just got on with preparing and serving dinner without any fuss. His lovely assistant kept the wine flowing and cleaned up all the dishes and cook ware which was a wonderful added bonus! I highly recommend Shaun for your events for his lovely and calm personality, his organisation and delicious food and wine.

Shaun turned up on time and delivered the most amazing Sunday lunch for 15. This included canapes, roast beef and Yorkshires, a vegetarian meal, and a fish meal. It was 3 courses and gluten free. The food was top quality and delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely use Shaun again. outstanding value for money.

Delicious food, vast menu choices and such a friendly experience by Shaun. He just let himself into the house and cooked a delicious meal for 17 of us. Lots of food left for the next day so portions are big. Can’t wait for our next dinner with Shaun.

We received a wonderful service from Shaun, the food was fresh, beautifully presented and very generous in size. Everything tasted delicious, from the starters, mains to dessert. You can tell a lot of love went into preparing those dishes! So thank you very much Shaun, we would definitely use him again for future work events!

This was our first experience with Shaun who proved to be very professional and competent in delivering a great six course meal for our guests.
Everything went exceptionally well and timed perfectly, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the experience together with our friends who were very impressed with the standard of his cuisine.

What a fantastic afternoon tea I’ve had today, on this Mother’s Day. The food was wonderful. The sandwiches had a good amount of filling and the coronation chicken was very tasty. The cakes were lovely and the little chocolate balls, had a lovely burst of liquor, yummy. The scones were very nice and with clotted cream and jam, yum yum. I order the same for my daughter in law and she’s very impressed too. Will definitely order again. Thank you very much shaun.

Shaun created a tasting menu to go with our Riesling tasting evening. Every dish was well thought out, interesting and matched perfectly to the wines. He put in so much time and effort and kept us up to date. Absolutely amazing. 100% recommend to everyone.

Fantastic three course meal cooked by Shaun for husbands birthday , thoroughly enjoyed by all and wine perfectly paired with each course .
Can highly recommend for any occasion, very relaxing and Shaun and Christine cleared all crockery and glasses , thank you so much for a hassle free enjoyable Sunday .

Shaun catered for our hen do and was absolutely brilliant. He was very accommodating with menu choices and the food was delicious! He also did the cleaning & tidying up after which was a lovely bonus! Would thoroughly recommend if you are looking for in-house catering.

I have had Shaun come to my house a few times now. Each time has been great! Our 8 course tasting menu this time has been the best yet! Everything tasted amazing, I could not recommend to anyone enough!!. From choosing what is on the menu to the delivery, professional and delicious.

Shaun created a delicious meal for my 30th birthday with 20 of my friends. We had a 3 course meal at a private residence. The food was delicious and well timed and the service was great. Shaun catered to a variety of dietary requirements and catered the menu to our theme.

Shaun catered two separate sit down meals for 25 & 27 people to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday.
From my initial enquiries Shaun was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He listened to what kind of an evening we wanted and the kind of food we like to eat, from this we put together a bespoke six course menu for both evenings.
On both occasions Shaun arrived promptly and well prepared with all the dishes. From this moment on we just relaxed and enjoyed the evening. The food was delicious and very well presented. All our guests loved the food.
All in all, Shaun and his team are very professional, curtious and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Simply amazing, 10 out of 10 not just for the food but for the service that these guys provide. It truly is a first class customer orientated service. Nothing was too much trouble and Shaun's cooking skills are to die for. He even catered for a couple of what I would call 'fussy' eaters without any hassle. Shaun cooked a private dinner for 6 of us yesterday night and it was fantastic. Shaun was responsive all the way up to it and he and Christine were masked up, using gloves etc. throughout so we knew they took our mutual health and safety seriously. A great meal with great food and Shaun was very happy to talk us through what he was cooking.

Shaun catered for our VIP reception at our charity Christmas Concert. Prior to the event Shaun discussed the canapés and nothing was too much trouble. He arrived and quickly got on with preparing and before we knew it the canapés were ready for our 100 guests. I’ve never know canapés disappear so quickly off the platters and not a crumb was left. Our celebrity guests said ‘they were delicious’. I would highly recommend Shaun and we will definitely be booking him again.
