Efficient, friendly and honest…
I contacted Diligent Energy Solutions through the Worcester Bosch website. Of my 3 enquiry emails, only Greg replied. He came to look at my broken down boiler the next day, diagnosed the problem and sorted it out within a week. He and his team were polite, tidy, honest and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Boiler Breakdown.
After my boiler and gas pipeline failed completely, after much searching, I looked at Worcester Bosch and found Diligent Energy Solutions. I registered interest in a new gas boiler. Not long after ticking Diligent Energy Solutions, I received an email. I arranged a time and day. Mr Gary Daly arrived promptly. After considering all things, I went ahead and informed Mr Daly to go ahead. Bearing in mind that we’re so close to Christmas, nonetheless he and his team arrived on time, removed old boiler and installed new boiler and new gas pipeline. I have to say that I was impressed, not only in their professionalism, but they were polite and efficient in their work. I was well pleased when all was completed. I will have no hesitation in using Diligent Energy Solutions again. Strongly recommend

Excellent Service
I booked one of their gas engineers at late notice to come and do a service on my old boiler. The engineer (I believe his name was Greg) who arrived was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and considerate and went above and beyond. Upon me asking about a separate issue (plumbing) he was more than happy to look into that as well and was happy to explain things to me and gave me options to think about.
I also asked about the options of a new boiler fitting and he took time to sit down and explain the pros and possible cons of certain boilers and which ones would be best suited for our house in relation to the size and output levels required.
Competitive Price, Excellent Service.
Will DEFINITELY be using this company again and would whole heartedly recommend them.
