From my initial contact with Alex in the office right through to the installation by the engineer Chase, the communication and professionalism from Diligent Energy Solutions really was second to none. On the day of installation of my new boiler, Chase was prompt, tidy and kept me informed of what was happening. He explained the new system to me in detail which made me feel at ease. This really is a company that stands by its motto “The company that cares”

I had Chase Wilson and Dylan from Diligent Energy Solution, I must say both Chase and Dylan were amazing, with full centre heating installations with New boiler, their work is very high standard, I highly recommend both of them, hard working professionals, they took extra care working around the house I find them simply the best. Really happy with the service from diligent energy. We had to rearrange the installation dates a couple of times but Alex was really helpful in doing this. On the 2 days of installation the 2 engineers were very punctual, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Installation was left nice and tidy and I'd definitely use them again. Good company to work with

From the initial visit for a quotation right through until installation was complete Diligent Energy Solutions Limited were a very professional and friendly company to deal with. On completion I found one minor snag with the bar shower installation where they had not made good where the water pipes dropped down from the attic. A quick email resulted in an immediate response and the issue was resolved by the engineer who had performed the inital installation.

In all, this is an excellent company who have converted our ancient back boiler system to a modern combi boiler with a minimum of fuss and disruption to our daily life. We are delighted with the work and highly recommend this company.

Chase was with me this morning. He was punctual, respectful of my property and took care with my radiators which were been replaced and left my lounge very clean.

I can honestly say that everyone at Diligent energy takes pride in their work and very trustworthy company who know what they are doing. My initial contact was with Jack, the sales staff who took into account the personal requirements when giving quote, unlike some companies which just throw out generic figures. The quote was very reasonable.

The job was booked in within a week and Carl came out to carry out the work and was absolutely terrific, extremely knowledgeable and really listening to my needs and requirements regarding the work. There was some issues obtaining the cylinder, through no fault of Diligent energy solutions but Carl quickly found a solution and they made sure that I was not without hot water ever, very important when you have young children.

The job itself was not straight forward as it required some rerouting of pipework and conversion from gravity fed system to an unvented pressurised system. However, it was carried really quickly and efficiently and I was superimpressed with the speed of installation, especially given that most plumbers were quoting 3-4 days, Diligent energy solutions did it in only 1.5 days. Not only that, you would never have guessed they had even been there other than the improvement in the heating system!!! They cleaned up after themselves both inside and out.

I have had many tradepeople in the past who have really let me down but I have been so impressed with Diligent energy solutions and the whole team from Alex and Jo in the office to Jack, Jay, Chase and Carl that I have requested for additional work to be carried out namely a new bathroom.
