Item never received
I purchased shoes on September 6, 2023 and have yet to receive them. Apparently they were shipped through ups so when I contacted Dihsan they needed to file a claim with ups, they blew me off and really didn’t care. It was very upsetting so I just did a charge back on my card. I suspect it’s a scam. That has NEVER happened to me.

Your order was shipped within two days of it being placed, however, our efforts fell short as UPS confirmed that your package was lost in transit. I completely understand how disappointing it can be when a package you've been eagerly anticipating goes missing.
Unfortunately, our courier partner failed to contact us successfully regarding the incident, and it wasn’t brought to our attention until a claim with the credit card company was started. We’re glad it was because it allowed us to immediately investigate further. Regardless of that outcome, we have issued you a full refund for your purchase. Always stuck for something to get my girlfriend when I feel like spoiling her. Went to this new site and found a lot of really unique designer stuff that no-one else seems to have at unbelievable prices.
