Item arrived very fast (next day), the phone was well packaged and easy to set up. This is the 2nd purchase from this company and will use them again for sure

Bought an apple watch series 6 through woucher, went swimming first week i had it to measure my lengths, and stopped working, sent it back to be told its not covered by water damage, they then sent me some other company fine details from woucher explaining this, i asked to see there fine details and they said they do not work with woucher anymore. Absolute waste of money £140 i paid for watch which did not do as it said. Would never use this company.

Avoid this horrendous company like the plague!!
They sent me a defected Apple Watch that stated "excellent condition" this wasn't the case. I contacted them and they agreed that I sent the watch back - I did exactly this, they confirmed the return but since haven't refunded me or sent me an exchange.
Amazon had to step in and they were also ignored! Angry and dissatisfied customer.

Awful company send damaged items to me I then sent it back then steal it from me and I got no refund or replacement please avoid at all costs find another seller

Avoid at any cost- Con Business, Scammers, thieves and liars. Beware of this company, they have accounts on Amazon , Ebay as well as an online store.

Bought a phone through Amazon, worst seller. Does not like to reply also replies after days every single time. Have sent them my phone over and still no refund within the return date.

This seller is not serious. I bought an iPhone 13 from them through Amazon. Since the phone was faulty I returned it within shortly afterwards. Although the seller received the phone they never send me the refund. Now they have my money and the phone

I bought a refurbished Apple Watch from this company through Amazon. It was described on the listing as “swimproof”, but when I briefly wore it in water it stopped working completely. I approached the company, who refused a refund and directed me to some small print that said “refurbished products are not guaranteed to be waterproof.” My complaint is that it is misleading to advertise a product that is both “swimproof” and yet not “swimproof.”

Bought a phone off them that was described as being in good condition, however the phone came with multiple very noticeable scratches. The phone then developed issues and stopped working properly and despite a warranty existing that allowed for a refund, Digital Techno refused to give a refund even though Amazon confirmed that the phone was eligible for one! Avoid buying from Digital Techno unless you want a damaged product and poor customer service!

I bought some “new” AirPods off Amazon and they sent me old scratched up dirty ones not in apple packaging. AVOID

bought a phone which did not work - very poor communication, bad advice and no support. do not use DT.

Brought a iphone 12 off them the face id didnt work so had to send it back they sent me another one and that was no good either i wouldnt buy from them and the condition of the phones was terrible and it this all took 4 weeks to get my money back
