Very frustrating experience with Digi Dash so far.

I purchased a 4.0 box on 10th October after being promised next-day delivery, with a maximum timeframe of 48 hours. It has now been four days, and I am still waiting for my order with no clear update on when it will arrive.

What makes this experience even more frustrating is that Paul is very responsive when it comes to encouraging you to purchase and making sure you order quickly, but when it comes to providing updates after payment has been made, the communication seems to disappear.

I have chased for updates and still have no satisfactory response or clarity on what is happening with my order. If a company advertises a delivery timeframe, I expect that promise to be honoured or, at the very least, to be kept informed if something goes wrong.

I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and having to chase for information is simply not good customer service.

At this point, I just want my order delivered as promised or a full refund.

My experience so far has been disappointing, and I would advise others to be cautious about relying on the advertised delivery times. Hopefully, Digi Dash will take this feedback seriously and improve its communication with customers after payment has been taken.

Update to my original review:

Since posting my initial review, Digi Dash has reached out to me and sent the Digi Dash 4.0 box. The item has now arrived, and everything is fine.

I appreciate that they have now resolved the issue, but it is disappointing that it took a negative review being posted before I received a response and action was taken.

The problem was never just the delivery delay itself; it was the lack of communication and having to chase for updates after payment had been made. Customers should not have to leave a bad review to get a response or receive the customer service they deserve.

I’m pleased the issue has now been resolved, but I hope Digi Dash takes this feedback on board and improves its communication with customers going forward.

This is definitely not a scam. I’ve had it a few months now. I’m not technically minded and couldn’t get it to work. A 7 your old did it in minutes even put a SIM card in so it basically a stand alone. The picture quality is brilliant all the apps I’ve tried work properly no lag. My Netflix and prime carry on from when I watch them in the house. The maps are good but I prefer my own on my iPhone. I can’t fault it. The only thing you have to be careful of is your car battery with the engine off. My car tells me to start the engine or turn off.
I get dumped in the car when she who must be obeyed goes shopping.

TRY It. If you don’t like I’m sure they have a returns policy. You won’t be sending it back

"I bought version 3 from them, and after a while, by creating restrictions, they forced me to buy version 3.5. Now, after two years, by imposing new restrictions, they are trying to force me to buy version 4 again. This is truly shameful and disgraceful; they have no sense of integrity and are intentionally doing this just to line their pockets. Their product price is also very expensive compared to market competitors, around 500 Australian dollars.
I was forced to buy a competitor's version from Ottocast at a cheaper price."

second TIME ORDERING USBC WIRE £30 and it doesn’t come and it doesn’t update and no one responds to 10 emails. SCAM.ORDER 10935 ORDER 10926.
Have edited this to say since writing this review someone messaged me and said they were out of stock and sent me two wires free of charge to rectify, which I appreciate. I run small businesses and I would say whoever was in charge of replying to emails should be sacked over a month without replies is crazy.

Great product, it did stop working after several months, but after reaching out to Jordan, and he sorted out a replacement straight away and gave instructions to help support me. I love this device, works great and works very well. Thank you.

I was one of the first to buy the Digi Dash 4. Installed 8 months ago and worked flawlessly since. Any support required Jordon responded quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit

BEWARE BEFORE ORDER !! Placed an order on the 25/11 for next day delivery it’s been over a week and have only received a booking confirmation. I have emailed them 5 times and not one response back from them so to get a refund I have to contact my bank. All this hassle for trying to order a digi dash loool customer service is 0 from me

Great product and outstanding customer service.

The equipment is great and the software app has great functionality. The technical service was outstanding, always responded to quickly, with a staff member even agreeing to work on a Sunday to talk my engineer through the process, to ensure that we could get the gate up and running quickly.

I would highly recommend these guys.

I originally ordered the Digi Dash 3.0 (£269.99) and was expecting quick delivery, but after a short delay I reached out to the team. They replied within just a few hours and explained that the 3.0 was out of stock. But to my surprise, they upgraded me free of charge to the brand new Digi Dash 4.0 (£329.99)!

When it arrived, I had a small issue where it kept connecting and disconnecting. I emailed support and they responded straight away, asking for a short video to help diagnose the problem. After sending it over, they were incredibly understanding and offered a hassle-free replacement. I decided to drop it off myself since I lived nearby, and they swapped it on the spot. No fuss, no waiting.

At first, I thought the new one wasn’t working either, but it turned out to be a loose connection in my car’s system, not the Digi Dash itself. Once I fixed that, everything worked perfectly. I emailed them back to let them know, and they were genuinely happy I’d sorted it out.

Overall, the customer service has been amazing quick replies, friendly staff, and they really go above and beyond for their customers. The Digi Dash 4.0 itself is a brilliant bit of kit smooth, responsive, and packed with features.

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. 10/10 experience from start to finish! 👏👏

Super product not cheap but works brilliantly I’m very happy .. looked at in on YouTube but I bought the v4 unit couldn’t be happier easy peasy set up totally recommend

Ordered the DigiDash 4.0 recently, from the initial enquiry Jordan has been nothing but helpful. Great product knowledge and made the transaction smooth and prompt. The actual product itself works as it should, especially the sky go function which you can’t get with the cheaper alternatives on the market. Great work guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This latest version is so much better than the previous one. It’s very stable and now allows streaming of Sky and TNT sports etc. it’s exactly what I want!

I’ve been really impressed with DigiDash 4.0 – it’s such a big improvement over 3.0. The new split-screen feature is one of my favorites, letting me use different functions side by side without any hassle. The maps run smoothly now with no lag at all, which makes a huge difference when I’m using it on the move. Overall, the whole system feels faster, cleaner, and much more reliable.

On top of that, the customer support has been excellent. Jordan followed up on my enquiry and responded quickly, making sure everything was sorted and that I was happy. It’s rare to get that level of service these days, and it really shows that DigiDash cares about their customers.

All in all, 4.0 has not only improved the product itself but also delivered a much better overall experience. Definitely worth the upgrade!

​I purchased a digi dash a couple of years ago, and it has since stopped working. I'm disappointed, especially considering the high cost. I was advised that it needs an update via a memory card, but this was never mentioned as a requirement before I bought it. The lack of communication is frustrating; my messages have been read but not answered. I need to understand why this update is necessary and what options I have to resolve this issue.

Can not use Netflix any longer, keeps asking to update account and upon checking settings, it's all up to date. Have sent Digidash a message via their contact form on their website, but absolutely no response!

Update to my response finally. The solution is that the 3.0 version that I purchased less than 12 months ago can not be updated and the suggestion is that I now buy the updated 4.0 version for £260 as a special offer!! I think not, all buyers beware of buying this product that is just not fit for purpose.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Jordan at Digidash. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address resulting in RoyalMail returning it back to sender. Jordan fast tracked the Shipment for me allowing me to have DigiDash for the kids on a 5 hour journey. The quality of the product far beats the cheaper alternatives out there. Very simple to use and works absolutely great on my AUDI SQ7 screen. Really recommend this product.
