What a total bullshit

What a total bullshit. They made me pay almost $180 and it wasn’t able to do anything unless I would upgrade to the much more expensive version. Not even one thing a picture generation for this money. Avoid.

I paid for a Plus subscription

I paid for a Plus subscription — 12,000 credits for $43. I generated 6 videos (10 seconds each) and all the credits were gone.

What really gets me is that they don’t even show upfront how many credits a video costs. I only found out after the fact, once everything was already deducted. I contacted customer support, and they said they don’t offer refunds.

How is it acceptable for a website to charge real money without clearly stating the cost per video before you generate it?

And to make it worse, every video came out terrible quality. So if you’re thinking about paying for this, don’t. Seriously — you’ll thank me later.

Terrible app and scammers that refuse…

Terrible app and scammers that refuse to issue refund. Tried to generate a private NSFW image with the pro subscription and it didn’t work and only allows for one video to be attempted. Nothing worked even though they advertise it does as long as it’s not made public. Scam don’t waste money

This company is fraudulent

This company is fraudulent. I was charged three times for a subscription and when I contacted them they refused to issue a refund. I sent several emails asking to speak to someone and only received the same generic response over and over again. There is no phone number to call and no one to speak with. TOTAL SCAM.

DIFFUS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS - DON'T SUBSCRIBE

I subcribed to Diffus.me to try their ai models (SDXL and SD) for image generation, on last October 15 (receipt #2476-9348), I paid $36 to try it. When I tried to generate an image from SDXL, I immediately received a red text error, and no image at all. Same for SD model. I repeated and repeated, same thing, no output at all. Then tried another cheaper model test, and received a single image completely unrelated to my prompt and distorted.

I got out of that website and searched their problem for hours with ChatGPT. Chat fund the bug. It was Diffus API BUG, nobody could login because of their overflow that day. They should pay me for my waste of time to debug their platform. On top their site is so messy, you can't find the cancellation easily, neither their support, neither their address. My dashboard was buggy. I sent them a technical support email, waited and waited...they never answered.

I abandonned their buggy website and never went back again. Then I asked for a refund the same day I bought the subsribtion, and received an answer from Edward Cui on October 23rd that: I ''used my subsribtion'' so they will not refund''. So they took my money without giving me ANY SERVICE AT ALL.

I sent this review so that you DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE HUNGRY SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY FROM DIFFUS.ME There are hundreds of image/video generators, some are even free. Don't get riped-off by DIFFUS

My reply:

Diffus, If you would be honest, you would go in my account dashboard and find that I used your system ONCE on last October 15 as a try for SD and SDXL models, and the experiment DIDN'T WORK AT ALL. I tried one image only with another cheaper model. SD and SDXL didn't work because of an API failure ON YOUR SIDE. I DID NOT MADE A SINGLE IMAGE I CAN USE BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM WAS BUGGY and blocking my API account (red warning alert). You can see in my dashboard that I didn't download any image or video. The proof is that I used 40 out of 12,000 credits (which is less than 1% - exactly 0.333 % in a 10 minutes try of your buggy API - that's what you call a ''service?'') and the single image I got failed because it was completely unrelated. Diffus has just replied that the ''service has been used'', which is a lie. The service has not been used, the buggy falty ''service'' has been used. The service is to generate properly a usable media. I didn't do that on that day and the fault is on Diffus.me side. That's a huge difference. I was the guinea pig to test Diffus buggy platform, not a user of usable media. I paid but Diffus failed at giving me any ''merchandise'' because of their problem.

You grabbed my money right away and never gave me any service. It's just like when someone order a physical object from a store, and the store don't ship. Diffus gave me NOTHING absolutely nothing for my money. A RIP-OFF SCAM. That's your ''service''. If you would have been honest, you would have refund me the same day (October 15) when I sent you an email to cancel because of your API bug which was blocking my account. I didn't get any ''service'' from Diffus. NADA. So your website ''service''clause is irrelevant since it has not been respected, contrarily to what you claim in your recent answer.

So I wont loose my time disccussing these facts on your email, I gave Diffus plenty of time to correct this case, but Diffus didn't. For me, that reinforce the conclusion that this scam you just made is intentional, since you don't want to refund and repair your mistakes. Too bad for Diffus reputation, it will go down the drain; just wait and see, months will tell... I know you try to hide real storys like that, but bots spread faster then what you can ever imagine on the web.

Until you refund, you are considered by evidence as scammers. And don't ever try to use my credit card to withdraw anything from your business ''service'' since I have cancelled and don't want to ever go back to Diffus. VISA has been warned.

If you are a potential custommer at Diffus.me, spare yourself all the problems I had, avoid them like the plague, your time is more precious then that. If you are a subscriber...well too bad for you folks...but you always have the option to cancel your subsribtion. Believe me, you'll be safer with other platforms.

Like it and was with it at beginning

I’ve been testing several AI platforms side by side, and this one stands out for its balance between usability and quality. Sometimes the servers slow down during peak hours, and I wish the queue times were shorter. Still, compared to the alternatives I tried, this site feels more stable and consistent. I like that the developers are adding new features regularly, it makes me feel confident this platform will keep improving.

I've been a subscriber to Diffus for more than 2 years. In that time I've found the product to be outstanding, good value for money and with support excellent. They have also taken on board several of my suggestions. I look forward to continuing to be a client.

Very good StableDiffusion web app

I use Diffus StableDiffusion AI web app for 2 years now and it's an amazing platform for image and video generation. There is a large model library, ComfyUi, templates, video tiers services (kling,veo3...) and the generation is fast (< 45seconds for four 1024x1024 SDXL images). The web app is always evolving, devs are good and we see it. As any tech service company, sometimes, things doesn't work, but the team has an excellent and reactive discord chat support, we are never lost or without information about server issue or relatives. I have a Pro subscription and happy about Diffus

I've never had an issue using Diffus. Amazing site. Only had a bit of a misunderstanding but after a short and explanatory talk with an employee of theirs, I got fully refunded.

Impressed with the customer service.

I am compelled to share my recent experience with Diffus.me, which has raised significant concerns regarding their business practices, particularly in relation to consumer rights and legal compliance.​

On April 30, 2025, I noticed an unexpected charge of 128.24 NOK (approximately $12 USD) on my bank statement, attributed to Diffus.me. This was perplexing, as I had no recollection of authorizing any transaction with this entity. I had not engaged with their services, nor had I received any prior communication or confirmation regarding a subscription or purchase.​

In an effort to resolve this matter, I promptly reached out to Diffus.me's customer support via email, requesting clarification and a refund. Regrettably, my attempts were met with silence; I received no acknowledgment or response. This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also indicative of a disregard for customer concerns.​

This suggest a troubling business model that may contravene several consumer protection laws. In the European Union, for instance, the Consumer Rights Directive mandates clear information and explicit consent before any payment is processed. The lack of transparency and unauthorized charges by Diffus.me could be interpreted as violations of these regulations.​

Moreover, the absence of a functional customer service channel raises questions about the legitimacy of the company. A credible business should provide accessible means for consumers to address grievances and seek resolutions. Diffus.com's failure to do so undermines consumer trust and may further implicate them in non-compliance with legal standards.​

In light of these issues, I have taken steps to dispute the charge through my bank and have reported the incident. I urge others who have encountered similar problems with Diffus.me to do the same. Collective action is essential in holding such entities accountable and safeguarding consumer rights.​

In conclusion, my experience with Diffus.me has been deeply unsatisfactory and fraught with concerns over ethical conduct and legal compliance. I advise potential users to exercise caution and thoroughly research before engaging with this company.​

Update: I received a refund of $11.17 from Diffus.me after persistence and formal communication. While I’m relieved to see some action, I want to emphasize that this isn't just about my case, many others here have reported the same issues: unclear charges, no warning before renewals, and no responsive customer service.

As a student from NTNU, I strongly urge the team behind Diffus.me to not only process individual refunds, but also take a hard look at how these systems are affecting users. People deserve transparency and the ability to cancel without jumping through hoops.

I was scammed in exactly the same way

I was scammed in exactly the same way. They seem to be a ghost company with no real existence. It looks like their employees disappeared years ago, and now they survive purely through online scamming. Do not use their services. Never leave your card or account details for a trial—not even once. The actual quality of their service is also extremely poor.

Scam. After 3-day paid trial you get charged for a year without cancellation

I paid for a 3-day trial and when it finished, I was charged $350 for an annual subscription I did not ask for or agree to.

Online cancellation did not work at all.

I contacted their support by email and didn't get a single answer after 3 days.

I had to contact my bank to get the charges reversed.

I read the reply by the company. They lie. I got my refund through my bank after reclaim for 3 months. Diffus never refunded me.

After my first update, Diffus has just changed their reply removing the sentence where they said that they refunded me directly. Now, it says they are glad my bank refunded me. They forget to mention that the bank did so after claim for 3 months. During that period Diffus continued to refuse to refund me.

This sequence tells you the kind of company they are. Keep away...

Diffus has just changed their message for a third time after my last update. Now the add the original reply they had removed before. It seems that they will do anything to try to repair their reputation except refunding you when you request it. Stay away from them...
