I had run into some minor issues with my dimensions so I reached out to Die Cut Templates Customer Service Chat. I spoke with Emre and he was really quick to figure out my issue. All and all such a good experience, I'll be working with them from now on!

Got the job done + good follow up
Edit: die cut templates reached out to me after my review. That was a nice surprise and I have changed my review to 5. They will be making some changes which some navigating which I think were already in the works, I think.
The work they did for me was excellent.
Likes: was able to get DXF file all in one place at purchase. Cost was perfect.
Dislikes: could be easier to navigate die selection. Preview of drawing could be better graphics without the black background. And didn’t like the process once die drawing was purchased to get the files. It took a minute but I did get them emailed to me. At first I thought I could only view online. If that had been the case this would of been 1 star review.

I need specific sized boxes for my product and could not find a box company that could help create the box I wanted.

Multiple Charges
It would be alot better if when i purchase the dieline, i would get files for all formats as we require these for different tasks.
At the moment we are getting charged for each format even though its the same drawing.

Thanks for taking the time to review our services.
When you purchase a dieline in any format, all the other formats are actually free to download and it shouldn't cost extra credits.
Just under the "Confirm and Download" button on the download confirmation popup, there is a note pointing out that other formats are free to download on the "My Downloads" page. The software also does not charge a credit if the dimensions are exactly the same. But in your case the material thickness was different. We understand that this note is easy to miss and we apologise for this.
You can visit "My Downloads" page under the "My Account" menu to redownload them in any format for free. (We added the credits to your account for the extra credit you have been charged.)
Once again, thanks a lot for reporting this. It seems like it's easy to miss the note about other formats being free, so we are going to make changes to this page to prevent this happening again.
If you have any suggestions/recommendations for us to make the services better, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We made 2 changes to prevent this happening again.
* Once our customers download their first dieline, a personalised notification is created for them explaining they can download other formats for free from "My Downloads" page.
* After the download, a new button next to the "Download" button appears to help re-download other formats for free.
