We love our stone resin bath, but such regular use and no way to replace it (the bathroom was built around it) means general wear & tear needs attention.
Ian from Diamond Gleam worked tirelessly using the latest materials and techniques, along with his experience and expertise to bring our cracked and stained bath back to a good as new state.
This company is highly professional, with a talented team well trained in chemical processes who know exactly what to do with damaged and worn bath surfaces.
Trustworthy and reliable, I would highly recommend using this company. Worth every penny, I will definitely use them again.

Used Diamond Gleam to repair a chip in my bathtub. The chip was initially repaired by another Company who made a complete mess of the job.....Diamond Gleam to the rescue. Sharra did an amazing job...What chip????

Firstly I was really happy with how promptly and efficiently I was contacted by Len from the company after sending photos of the job needed. We arranged a convenient date and time to carry out the work by email.

I felt the price was very reasonable as I had a crack on my bathroom sink and another on my shower tray. Len was very informative and sent a email of the step by step process of what work would be done for each job.

Len contacted me a day before that Simon will be coming to do the work and what time he should roughly be at my house.

Simon had messaged me on the day that he was on this way and roughly what time he would reach my house.

When Simon arrived he was a friendly, welcoming person. I showed him to the area of work, Simon explained what he was going to do with fixing the areas in question and how I can in future preserve it longer which I found very informative. I made Simon a cup of coffee and let him get on with the work.

When Simon had finished the job I was amazed at the attention to detail and professionalism done. My bathroom sink and shower tray looked brand new and you couldn’t even notice where the cracks were previously.

I would recommend this company gladly and if I ever need someone to do repairs I know who to call directly.

Response to my initial online enquiry was rapid. Quote for the repair work was quick and easy over the phone. Appointment for the repair was scheduled for the next day.
Ian did an amazing repair of scratches and a gouge in our bath, you can't see the repair at all, the bath looks like new. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Len at Diamond Gleam responded very promptly to my request with a competitive quote for resurfacing my bath. Simon did an excellent job on my old bath and after much hard work restored it to its former glory. He was polite and chatty, altogther a very nice person.

Because of a very nasty area of corrosion below the taps I thought I was going to have to buy a new bath. Im so pleased I found Diamond Gleam as Ian did such an amazing repair that it now looks like I did buy a new bath! I had a discoloured sink from years of wear and some small chips to a granite worktop, plus a chipped washbasin. I am delighted with the results. All look good as new and I can’t see the repair at all. Service was prompt and careful. Technician was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a really tricky repair on our shower tray and Diamond Gleam handled it exceptionally. Len was a total gent to talk to and arranged everything while Sharra the technician did an absolutely superb job when she visited. From the first contact with Len to the actual repair done by Ian it has been a pleasure to deal with this company. Ian did a fantastic job on the dent and small hole in our shower tray after my rain shower head came loose and smashed into it. As they say on their website, yes if you look for it you will see it as you know it's there but after a couple of weeks we don't notice the repair at all and if someone else were to look for it I bet they wouldn't be able to locate the repair! Definitely recommend this company.

Had a chip repaired for worktop by Diamong Gleam and very happy with the result. it's easy to buy cheap repair kits online but the difference is they will make sure it looks as unblemished as possible by colour matching it, something you simply couldn't achieve by doing it yourself. Excellent work.

I spoke with Len, who was very friendly and approachable. I reached out just a few days ago to inquire about repairing a cracked shower tray, as I didn’t want to go through the hassle of ripping it out and disturbing all the surrounding tiles.

Len clearly explained the repair process his team would follow, provided a reasonable price, and was able to fit me into the schedule within a week.

The repair engineer arrived promptly, was professional, and did an exceptionally clean job. He also explained that I should leave the area undisturbed for 24 hours to let the repair settle. This was exactly the service I was hoping for. Credit where credit is due—excellent job!

So so pleased with the outcome of my bath repair. You would not believe that it was damaged in the first place. I definitely recommend them. A big thank you to len for sorting the Technician and amazing job Simon on the bath repair. Really pleased.
