I've been using for a quite while for my business as a second number. I got 2 number for Australia and found easy to use. I love most the voice quality and SMS logs. Also, they told multi-level IVR is on the way, which is very interesting. The customer support is very helpful and polite. They're also responsive whenver I had question regarding the Dialaxy service.
