What an amazing service, at my wits end as I knew my beautiful dog had an ear infection, could not get into the vet for 4 days. Never knew there was vets online until I googled. Within 15 minutes on a Sunday I was taking to beautiful Samantha who diagnosed and treated our Jasper. Only $49. She trusted that we knew our boy and gave us lots of advice. I will definitely be using dial a vet every time and sharing with all my friends and family. Absolutely fantastic kind caring service. 11/10

Highly recommend Dial a Vet! The vet was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable. I am a Canadian and was told I was the second Canadian to use Dial a Vet so I feel special! I will definitely use this again.

Samantha was fantastic. Provided us with the right guidance and followed up couple of hours later to see how our bub was doing.

Such a helpful person and I was able to resolve the issue by reccomended medicines from the pharmacy which was awesome,as all vets were closed

Samantha was lovely, very professional and caring. She gave us advise that helped heal our beautiful puppys skin allergy.

Initially I didn’t receive a zoom call. Instead I received a few emails from a vet nurse. My last emails went unanswered. I was very disappointed. I emailed the help address and the vet contacted me. She had misunderstood my notes and believed my dog was seizing. Hence the nurse told me to seek emergency vet advice immediately. In the end I had my zoom call and it was truly great. Well worth the price for such professional advice.

We don't have nearby emergency vets so I googled a face time vet and Beck was immediately available, personable, and helpful in the evening when my dog seemed to be having an allergic reaction to something. She was very knowledgeable, could helpfully diagnose the issue (as best you can virtually), and provided me with lots of additional information based on her understanding of the situation and my environment. Her solution worked, and within 20 minutes my dog was ok. Such an important service for people who live where 24/7 vets aren't available.
