I had a very positive first experience with Diakob, made possible by my contact Seemab. He was at all times professional, took great care in his communications and helped set me up for success, so my contributions could be maximized. After extensive vetting and multiple reschedulings, I participated in a market research survey with DIAKOB. At the end of the survey, I was asked to disclose *material, nonpublic* information about my employer, which I said I could not. The folks running the call told me that despite spending almost 20 mins on the call, I would not be paid unless I shared the requested info. I had my reservations about working with DIAKOB and I cannot recommend enough that you stay away.

I participated in a study with Diakob Enterprises and was promised $90, which I confirmed in writing before the interview. After the interview, I received only $80—even after multiple follow-ups, they processed $40 initially, then $40 more, and then ghosted me again. I’m still owed $10, and they’ve since stopped responding to my messages.

It’s not the money—it’s the unprofessionalism and how they treat participants who hold up their end. Proceed with caution.

Still waiting for payment and the contact person no longer respond to my messages!

Scam

I did a consultancy and now I can reach them for payment. the lady I had communication with, disappeared, over email and MS teams. I contact the generic email, I got rebooted from outlook.
Anyone here, try to reach them over their email of the official web page, you will get back this: "Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients"

SCAM

Shoaib was my engagement lead and coordinator for a strategic customer consultation. He carried himself with class and professionalism as we worked through scheduling issues and then technical issues during the customer meeting. I highly recommend Diakob and Shoaib to anyone who is looking to leverage their expertise for client engagements.
