Recently sold some old supplies and got paid same day great service

I’ve used this company twice now and they did not disappoint. They paid the most for my diabetic supplies. The employees are honest, professional and very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely use their services again in the future!

This is a legitimate deal and worth doing as I ordered some product that was the wrong test strips for my meter. Admittedly there is too much shuffling around trying to figure out what was what on their end but ultimately I got the money in my account. Worth doing

I sent 4 boxes of test strips in the mail a week and a half. ago it was before i read you were closed.If you could please send them back to me if you. Are not reopening .Thank you linda

I am sitting here almost in tears! I sent in 2 boxes of Freestyle Lite 100 count boxes a couple days ago. I tried to call the company, but received a message that the number was out of service (1-866-636-2214). No response is a BAD response. In the past, I had sent my strips in and promptly received a check. Now I see the other review here which mirrors my own experience. I won't have any more strips for some time as it takes awhile to save up the boxes I don't use. About a week ago, I left a recorded message on that number and did not receive a response from my message. That should have been the tip-off that they could not be trusted.

Once was a good company. NOOOO More!!!I I mailed 3 boxes of freedom lite test strips containing 300 strips to them on July 12th in excellent condition with well over a year expiration date. They received them on July 14th. I’ve dealt with them several times in the past with great service, communication, and fast payment. However this time I haven’t received payment nor any communication from them in over 3 weeks. I’ve called several times and only gotten the automated message to which I’ve left several messages. Also I’ve emailed them with no response. Even messaged them on Facebook numerous times without any response. At last resort I even mailed a hand written letter. Still no response!!!!
