Fix the shipping issue please
I'm satisfied with the product variety and the prices are fair. My issue is with the delivery. If I pay extra to have an item shipped by the third business day, I expect my order to come by the third business day. I have paid extra for the past 4+ orders and I haven't received ANY of them in less than 5 or more business days. These medical supplies are for someone with a medical condition. Third business day should mean THIRD BUSINESS DAY.

Express shipping not honored for entire order.
I placed my order with overnight express shipping for the ENTIRE order of syrings and alcoholpads. You shipped the second item for alcohol pads separately and I did not get them until a later day. I had to buy them a second time from a local store. You did NOT give me the service that I paid for.
