1. Manipulation and Preying on Ignorance:

Dev Gadhvi uses manipulative tactics to exploit your ignorance and insecurity. He promises to make you a crorepati (millionaire) in just one year, creating a false sense of hope and urgency. He vilifies your 9 to 5 job, fostering insecurity to pressure you into signing up for his high-priced programs. These dubious business practices are designed to coerce you into making impulsive decisions without giving you time to think or react.

2. Imbalanced Focus on Marketing:

A good coach should provide a balanced approach to success, covering all the necessary aspects. However, Dev Gadhvi places an overwhelmingly disproportionate emphasis on marketing, claiming it to be the key to success (80% marketing, 20% everything else). As a result, you'll find yourself bombarded with incessant upsell pitches and less valuable content related to building your own ideas. This one-trick-pony approach limits your growth potential.

3. Self-Centric and Lack of Credibility:

A reputable coach should be transparent about their sources of knowledge and inspire you with credible examples. However, Dev Gadhvi focuses solely on self-promotion and self-boasting. He fails to cite references or share insights from other thought leaders, instead urging you to read his own books. This self-centered approach raises doubts about his credibility and leaves you with limited perspectives.

4. Outdated Information and Ignorance:

Dev Gadhvi's programs often contain outdated and archaic information. For instance, he touts "Content Writing" as the number one skill for becoming a crorepati, ignoring the transformative advancements of technologies like AI and ChatGPT. This ignorance reflects his lack of up-to-date knowledge, which can mislead both him and his mentees, hindering their potential for real success.

5. Passion Takes a Back Seat:

A good coach should help you discover your passion and align it with your purpose. He should help you find meaning and fulfillment in your work, and make a positive impact on the world. He should help you balance your passion with your practicality, and make a sustainable income from your work.

Dev Gadhvi does the opposite. He uses passion as an excuse to make you rich. He does not care about your passion or your purpose. He only cares about your money. He tells you that you can make crores of rupees by following your passion, without any regard for the market demand, the customer value, or the social responsibility of your work.

He makes you believe that selling is serving, but he forgets that serving is more than just selling. Serving is about creating value, solving problems, meeting needs, and satisfying desires. Serving is about building trust, loyalty, and relationships with your customers. Serving is about making a difference, not just making a profit.

A good coach should help you pursue your passion with integrity, authenticity, and generosity. As Simon Sinek, a bestselling author and leadership expert, says:

For a home maker like me to see and feel what is her passion and how to become successful in her life and get her out of the shell. The experience of honesty, truthfulness, transparency, and openness of this program and of Dev Gadhvi in particular blew me out. I could realise that if a person can be so open & honest about his poor childhood, about his life's struggles, about his dilemma & vulnerability when he quit his job, he can be blindly trusted. I do not need to reinvent the wheel. I will blindly follow what I shall be told to do. I put my 100% faith in this man's guidance through his mentors, and the process in particular.

Great to share my views here, before the master class i am with mixed thoughts like having more of doubtfulness than confidence but after the 3 days sessions gradually the proportion is reversing ,from the master class and also comparing with my past experience in my life i say that we should have belief on ourselves to make great things, Surely i will say that i will live my dream life very soon.....

The 3 days PPMC program was mind blowing, I was not knowing about my frustration and the path how to come out from my current situation, Thanks to "Dev Gadhvi" Sir for his 3 days class with full of energy.
