Family Dubai trip
Had our May 1st trip to Dubai cancelled due to the ongoing war and let’s be clear I accept this puts strain on any travel company. We had been trying to work with them to try to postpone the holiday and push it to October. The company declined to engage until 14 days prior to flight. After 28 days of trying to postpone with no success the price doubled for October when they finally replied, so they offered a refund within 14 days. We accepted. The payment didn’t arrive within the promised time so we mailed again to ask why. They responded to say it would be another 6 to 8 weeks minimum and if we tried to reverse the credit card payment they would pause the refund process and we would be waiting longer. Please beware of this company as they ignore clear European regulation.
