This is scam business
This is scam business. They are renting out parking spaces they have no right to let.
I'm a victim. They are letting my parking space w/o my permission. They have stolen photos from JustPark and use them to let out my space.

Dear Everyone,
This is a false statement which we will be chasing up legally at this point as this is deformation of character and also as WE DO NOT OWN / WE DO NOT EVER CLAIM TO OWN any of the parking on our platform this is clearly stated in our terms and conditions.
If anyone is found to be listing spaces they do not have the permission to they will be suspended from our platform immediately and the listing will be removed immediately.
As you can see this is a clear fake review and copy and pasted from the same individual kindly look on our twitter where we are on the process of getting them all removed as we have been hacked by this individual +880 1746-280732

Scam! Never received the permit after payment
Purchased a parking spot in London Robert St. After paying I received an order confirmation stating that the payment was successful, but I never received any parking permit. I tried to reach the customer service via mail and via WhatsApp but I never received an answer in almost 2 weeks.

Dear Andrea,
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that our platform does not provide parking permits directly as we do not own any of the car parks on our platform. The host of the car park is responsible for providing any necessary permits when you make a booking through our service.
We regret any inconvenience you have experienced. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@desparking.uk, and our team will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Best regards,
DesParking
Unable to contact after paying Scam??…
Unable to contact after my booking and payment. Tried their WhatsApp, FB messenger and email but no response. Turned up to the carpark which was chained and padlocked so I was unable to park. Thinking this must be some sort of scam. I had checked trust pilot before booking and saw a good rating so went ahead. Never again and less trusting of Trust pilot too now. Order was 3814 not 3813

This is a scam
This is a scam, they photographed my parking space, and advertised as a renting car park. This is illegal and Trustpilot should take this merchant down. I already called a police and authorities for this illegal scam.

This review appears to be fake as we do not own any car parks on our platform and we also do not claim to own any either please read our terms and conditions for further details.
But thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take allegations of this nature very seriously. DesParking is a parking platform where hosts list their parking spaces for rent. We strive to ensure that all listings are legitimate and that hosts have the correct permissions to rent out their spaces.
Your claim suggests a misuse of our platform, which we do not condone. If you have any evidence of illegal activities or unauthorised listings, please email us at support@desparking.uk with the details. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including removing the listing if it is found to be in violation of our policies.
We are committed to maintaining the integrity and trust of our platform and appreciate your cooperation in resolving this issue.

Scam
Parked under DLR at East India for 2 days in early July 2024 and was assured by the customer service team that I could park in any available space.
I received 3 parking tickets. I have chased the customer services team half a dozen times after being told this would be investigated and someone would be back to me asap. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I can only assume that this is a scam and they do not have permission to issue parking permits for this area.
Update 24/07/24 - this response summarises the company and their approach to their customers. If only you had put as much effort into dealing with my complaint as you had trying to take down my review.
Your guidance clearly says parking is under the DLR, I asked if you were sure I could park anywhere as the bays were numbered. My picture shows I parked where your own pictures show you are offering parking. The company that issued the fine advised that DES parking do not have permission to allocate parking here. This is a scam.
