Do not go near these guys. Copied a competitor in my areas website (left their name on all the pages and tags) then tried to push for more money for "optional services" before they delivered a very late and sloppy final site that I can't edit to add more programs to. Very happy to show chats and emails as I moved to written communication after the first deadline was missed. WORST. COMPANY. I'VE, EVER. DEALT. WITH.

Don’t use this company. They are absolutely hopeless. Created an unprofessional website using Wordpress. I could have done better myself. It took 3 months after they told me it would take 3 weeks. They charged $800 then said weeks into the process said I needed to pay another $400 for SEO. Then added a bug and tried to scam me into paying another $380 so they can fix it. Nightmare! Stay away!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this web development company. What started as a simple, affordable website quickly turned into a nightmare. The developer kept adding extra costs, and even though I gave them the benefit of the doubt, after spending over $1,000 I had nothing to show for it.

When they finally put my incomplete website live, it was immediately infected with malware. They then tried to charge me another $350 to fix the issue. At that point, I blocked all access to their company from my domain hosting and realised I’d been scammed.

I was just trying to get a quick, inexpensive website, but instead, I’ve wasted money and now have to start again from scratch. They claim to be based in Brisbane, but their operations appear to be run from India — something that became clear only after problems started.

Do yourself a favour and hire a local website developer you can meet and trust. Don’t make the same mistake I did falling for the promise of a “$99 website.”

I had only just setup company a few days before approaching Design X for help to get a logo ready with a tight deadline. Travis was on point with his delivery not only time wise but also quality was just on point. I love the designs and keep staring it since the first draft. I am beyond excited with this. Customer service was simple and easy to communicate. Will definitely be back for more!!!

Don’t do it! High pressure sales to gain your commitment then no feedback or draft well beyond the time promised in the contract. Although pressure to close the sale & invoice was after hours, well into the evening one night i followed up the draft days beyond the promised/agreed delivery day and recieved an written response that they won’t respond after hours and will be in touch on the Monday 4-5 days after the agreement stated. The design was a template that taken straight from Wordpress and nothing like we’d requested in the brief. They promised another and not having any confidence we requested a refund. They then suggest as project had passed the 120hr window for refund they wouldn’t offer, although they’d now breached the agreement twice!
