Very disappointed with their customer service.
I contacted initially 8th April when the case I ordered didn’t fit the phone (correct case ordered for the correct iPhone model). They replied on 11th April informing me someone would contact me soon. I had to chase again on 6th May as I have still had no contact from them.
Very poor experience and shocking customer service. It’s not often I would leave a review but I would struggle to recommend them to anyone.
Update: incorrect case sent by you. Not incorrect case ordered.
Correction; you failed to contact me. I had to reach out every time.
I didn’t bother to contact you after finally receiving a case and you failed to follow up.
1 star review will remain and your reply echos how bad this experience has been.

Great phone case
Great phone case, fits the phone well, photo on the case is a good replication of our uploaded photo, colours really good and picture clear. The case has been on daily use for a couple of months and there is no deterioration in the case or the photo. Really happy with the product. Delivery was good. Would use the service again.

Great company for phone cases

Easy to use design tool, my daughter used it to create a phone case(she thought it was just a fun activity/game), little did she know that I later ordered it for her surprise phone for her birthday. She loves it!

Wow!! Absolutely love my phone case!! It came and put it straight on my phone!! Fully recommend, I’ve got a shock proof one and wow does it protect my phone when dropping it. I’ve dropped it a lot and my case has protected it.

The whole process was super easy
The whole process was super easy - I did it all on my phone! Uploaded the pictures and chose a simple coloured background and I was kind of expecting that horrible box around the graphics that I chose, but it didn’t!! The phone case fits super snug and the recipient loved it! I paid a little bit extra for quicker delivery (last minute brain fog) & it came just in time!

Beautiful Case - Can’t go wrong!
The phone case is amazing, even after my own little mess up. One of your employees was brilliant about the whole thing! Customer service was great, i’d made a mistake on phone model and let them know this and asked if i could order a new one and straight away he helped and even gave me a tiny discount to help out!
So quick and easy to design it yourself! And for anyone with little money it’s not that expensive either!
It was an amazing mother’s day gift!
