Scam artists and liars never delivered
These people are scam artists and liars. Do not trust them with your money.
I paid in full and they never once delivered a single usable wireframe. They repeatedly delivered a bunch of unfinished files that didn't match the design specifications I provided at all. They were clearly done by AI and junior designers with no eye for principles or organizational hierarchy.
I pushed for months and tried to make it work. Then they told me their founder dipped with a bunch of their money so I should give them a second chance.
I said no and offered a timeline for them to repay me, which they did not meet. Over a year later and I'm still waiting on a refund that I'm sure will never come. My bank won't do anything because Design Ingenious "said" they would repay me (and still have not).
I am a small business so this has been devastating. Never trusting a web vendor that isn't personally vetted by someone I know ever again.
