We booked this trip one week before travelling due to the COVID-19 country restrictions. Mutuma was very supportive in holding the bookings whilst we ensured that we had all the necessary documents in hand to travel.
The itinerary that was shared was clear, Mutuma regularly checked in with us and made some super recommendations for lunch in Watamu.
Overall a wonderful trip and can't thank you enough!

Had a great time traveling to Lengishu with the truck! Alex and Isaac were very friendly and arrived promptly which was great! Love how comfy the seats are and that there were also enough sockets for everyone to use! Fabulous experience 🙏🏾

We had a great time in Kenya
We had a great time in Kenya! Everything was so well planned. We could reach them 24/7. When there was a problem, they solved it in minutes. We felt super safe and they did so much work for us, so we only needed to pack our bags and were able to start an unforgettable trip to Kenya! We can highly recommend Designer Safari to anyone else!

Super nice, reliable and quick consultant
I got in contact with Mercy via a different platform. She was super nice and helpful and really bothered about how she could organize us a perfect trip. She answered quickly and reliable and repeatedly offered us new solutions for our route. At the end we did not book with her but just because of our budget restrictions not because she did not offer us what we searched for.
I would always recommend getting in contact with her when you are planning an individual trip that is not mainstream tourism like

Tour guard was amazing
Selection of the lodge could have been better. As much as we selected the lodge, the agent could have provided their own recommendation as we were not familiar with the lodges in Masai Mara.

Great experience in Masai Mara. Very well organised. Eunice was easy to communicate and whole exercise to make arrangements was seamless. Alex who was on the ground assisting me with the transfers etc was extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended
