Quick, easy, reliable.

I bought a pair of Thom Browne and a pair of Persol from Designer Eyes. I have to be honest, at first I had my doubts and reservations with purchasing my glasses here (it was a pretty good deal on those glasses compared to what I can find in local shops here in Canada and everywhere else online), being not sure if the glasses will come in perfect condition or even whether they will be authentic or not.

However, when I received my glasses, they came in perfect condition and I could not be happier with the quality of the glasses and are 100% authentic. They also provided complimentary cleaning kit for the glasses. The shipping time was fast too.

As they shipped it to Canada and I have already paid Designer Eyes for shipping costs, I was unexpectedly asked for custom/duty charges when the UPS delivery guy came in. So I phoned Designer Eyes and Ciara was extremely helpful and flexible with my inquiries and immediately refunded the customs tax that I paid for. That was my second time phoning Ciara and Ciara also assisted with my first initial request with ease when I first made my order with Designer Eyes.

Overall, Designer Eyes provide exceptional quality, authentic products with excellent customer service. My only feedback for improvement based on my experience with the customer service is that it can sometimes be hard to reach Designer Eyes. I called several times on two days and it was all missed, and the voice mail that I left to be contacted back was also not immediately heard and addressed. But once you are able to get a hold of Ciara through the phone, things went well from there. Thank you Designer Eyes for a great purchase! I will definitely shop with Designer Eyes again in the future when I see great deals on particular glasses that I want.

Trustworthy company with real, unquestionably authentic glasses. I had to return a pair of signed and numbered Jacques Marie Mage glasses and it was free and seamless. I’m surprised those are even returnable.

I ordered the glasses arrived in perfect condition and I love the range available on lune. Unfortunately FedEx is a slow service and expensive so I think that could be improved.
