Fantastic product. It worked like magic on my Krups coffee machine much better flow now.
I also used a packet in our old electric kettle. We always had difficulty in reading the water level through a transparent window. After using the descaler not only can we see the water level the kettle looks like new - incredible difference.

This is the first time I have bought anything from this company and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it came. Really good price for Jura claris filters cheapest I found on the web.
