To whom it may concern,
I have to say, this has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I've had. It's disappointing that I've had to send multiple emails over several days just to get assistance with an item that arrived damaged.
Order #27174 arrived with the chain already detached before I even tried the jeans on. Apparently, quality control isn't a priority, because the item was defective straight out of the package.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return label so I can send these jeans back. I have no interest in keeping a damaged product or continuing to do business with a company that makes customers work this hard to resolve a problem that wasn't their fault.
This entire experience has ensured that I will not be ordering from your website again. I will also be sharing my honest experience through reviews and with others so they can make an informed decision before purchasing.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
