Do not purchase from this site. Absolute scam. I bought what I thought would be a very special personalized 30th birthday present and I received a tarnished necklace that looked so cheap and tacky. They told me to return and I would get my money back and I was then ghosted!! Never to be heard from again. I was ROBBED
Deluxur could have easily prevented a bad review but their customer service leaves much to be desired. They screwed up my order and gave me two options: go to another jeweller to fix it or pay for shipping to send it back to them and have the item fixed.

The jewellery is not the sam as pictured. The pendant doesn’t sit flat or the right way, as the holes are incorrectly placed. The chain is also not a fine chain. However I loved the packaging and the delivery time was very quick (especially during covid delays) thank you
I ordered a necklace as a birthday gift and it is still yet to arrive, I needed it for the weekend, I’ve had to show up to a party with no gift :( so embarrassing! I ordered the necklace because according to your delivery dates is should have arrived in time and hasn’t! I’ve now had 3 emails saying it’s in ‘transit’ for the past 2 weeks, how long does something have to sit in transit for? Very disappointed and wish I hadn’t ordered!

I revived my piece yesterday. It seemed to take a long time to arrive. I tracked it on the tracking website and it seemed to sit in Melbourne warehouse for sometime. I ordered from net a porter another item on the same day from Hong Kong and it arrived a full week earlier than the item from Melbourne. Secondly whilst it is lovely. It is so short! I ordered short but there should be a description to say on the website that this is a child’s size! There is not enough information. I’m very dissapinted. I’ve had my name engraved so I can not wear it.... a waste..
Ordered for a friend who just had a baby and she absolutely loved it! I asked for the disc to be ingrained with name and dob and it was better than expected! Great product and service and will use again. Thanks so much.
My prioduct was shipped days after I purchased it and haven’t been able to track it and therefore have no idea where it is. This was a gift for my daughters birthday which will now be missed.

We cannot control Australia Post tracking information to be available to you on same day. It is up to Australia Post. This is what is included in each product description about making and shipping the items:

Fast shipping. However, the pendant necklace I ordered did not meet my expections. It came scratched, not only the front but also the back. I was extremely disappointed as it was suppose to be a special gift because it was purchased for my best friend for her 21st birthday.
I don’t normally write reviews but given how special the occasion was and that I had no time to get another present, I felt like I had to write one.
I do not think I will be shopping at Deluxur again which is a shame because I was going to purchase the same necklace for myself.
I hope others will have a better experience than I did.
