Ordered a white radiator when it arrived it was cream. Customer service is a joke. Told i had to pay to send it back even though they sent the wrong colour. Avoid at all costs. Email address is fake and so is the contact number. Total scam

Very good customer service.
I recently ordered a shower tray from DB, TNT delivered the shower tray, when I removed the packaging the shower tray was cracked/fractured. I contacted DB via eBay messaging and had a received a quick reply, a replacement shower is on the way. My contact at DB has been Sharon, she has always responded to my emails quickly and has been very efficient. Very good customer service. Thank you DB.

Purchased a Shower Enclosure and tray …
Purchased a Shower Enclosure and tray from Delux Bathrooms of Smethwick. Used TNT who failed to deliver on a Friday prior to Bank Holdisay so had to wait until the Tuesday for it to be delivered.
Then we found that TNT had damaged the Shower whilst delivering it and parts missing from the boxes, Photographs were sent and spoke to their customer service who promised to send out the Missing and Broken Parts but not all delivered as expected on the day stated. . Promised a partial refund, then Delux Bathroom declined when I advised them the part had been delivered a later even thou TNT said it wasn't in their depot.
Unable to contact these via phone as it states Mail box full. You have to use Ebay messenger.
Better off using a local Plumbing centre or DIY Centre cos atleast you can go to the store .
