The best experience with Deltron, the whole team have been absolutely incredible. I rang the office and got through too Jilly-Anne , she was amazing, so attentive , caring and genuine.

Called Deltron lifts as I was unhappy with the service from another lift company who had been out to repair our low traffic lift numerous times (every couple of months).
After spending thousands, the lift breaking again and then getting a bill for several thousand pounds from the other lift company, I sought an independent view from Deltron.
Deltron were quick to visit, diagnose the problem and give us an informative view of remedies and plans going forward.
They were extremely polite and professional and have given me confidence in the plan going forward.
Safe to say- I’m switching to Deltron going forwards on one of their maintenance plans!

What a terrible company this one is all they know is how to collect money from you each month they do not do any service calls that you pay for, it has been 12 months now since anyone has been to service my lift all e-mails sent them are ignored, And just try to get them on the phone it is impossible to get past there AI bot it just tells you to use What's App or e-mail then hangs up on you .
I tried asking for complaints no luck then phoned again and asked for accounts still no luck so phoned again and asked for service and still could not talk to a human so the one last time I phoned and asked for sales after 10 minutes on hold I was eventutley put through to a human.
But unfortunately still have got nowhere she said she would get a manager to phone me back but no that did not happen .
So the outcome is I will be looking for another company to service my lift who is not owned by the Pace Group.

Won't use them again. have had to chase them many times to get a service that we've paid upfront for.

Deltron charged us £700 for lift repair quote but engineer was not even able to describe what was wrong with this. In fact, we were charged for nothing. I have raised a refund request and never heard anything back. To give a better context their competitors have charged us £600 for the quote and repair was done on the same day!

The engineer was fantastic.

We had been left by our contracted lift maintenance company in a position of having a lift out of service for 39 days due to an alleged part failure.

In less than 1 hour the Deltron lift engineer had assessed, fixed and thoroughly tested the lift which has been running perfectly since his visit.

Absolutely professional service from first contact to completion of project. Very well priced and completed on time. Very friendly staff and would definitely use again.

I was so scared, I dont usually go in lifts but I was with family so didnt wanna part ways and seem odd. With my luck, The lift broke down and we had to call the lift to talk to someone. After talking to Abbie I soon calmed down with all her reassurance and trusting in her on how quickly the engineer would be. Thankyou soo much. I really appreciate your help.
