Ordered the Deavolo pizza oven arrived promptly, did not disappoint pizzas came out lovely & crisp, cooked to perfection.

AVOID. I ordered a pizza oven before Christmas. I have had no correspondence from the company since, despite sending two emails asking for updates on my order. The phone lines don’t work and I can’t get hold of anyone. The company keeps sending me emails asking me to review them. But no communication about my order, so here is my honest feedback. £700 for a pizza oven and no delivery or updates provided since. Do not recommend.

Quick delivery and a great well built pizza oven supplied with everything you require to get started

Bought a sabattier butter knife of their subsidiary kitchen gourmet knives. First they took money but didn't havevitem in stock, whennitem eventually came back into stock charged me a fortune to send it via DPD, DPD then cicked upbdelivery by ststingbingsd to be there to sign for v it (?it's a round ended butter knife for gods sake) I had to find out for myself by calling DPD that they had a problem delivering knife due to a technical problem. I rang This supplier to be abruptly treated likecsn inconvenience from someone called Lucy, eventually without any customer care being shown at all I asked for a refund only to be fobbed off by this Lucy person saying she needs to do a return to sender request to DPD and she wouldn't do my refund till DPD had returned the item to them. So nonknige no refund and lost a days wages from work and this company couldn't care less. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, check out all the other negative reviews a cross their various websites they are shocking. Buy from somewhere like Lakeland where the service and customer care are first class. I will never give this bunch of jokers any business again ever!!!

Literally arrives ready to use. Plug in gas and go. Simple to use, great accessories and fabulous results. Nice colour and a sleek look.

Everything I’ve bought has been high quality. The diavolo oven, the cabinet on wheels and the dough. Would recommend.

Excellent, very impressed with delivery and oven

Great portable pizza oven the Diavolo. Great price compared to more known brands and you get accessories such as the heat gun which you need to make sure you have perfect temperature when making pizza.
The pizza dough that Delivita make is excellent, stores in the freezer, instructions are simple and they make perfect base.

Purchased a dual-fuel oven (RRP £1,195) through a third-party retailer, which unfortunately arrived damaged. A replacement was sent, but it too arrived damaged—albeit what appeared to be only cosmetically. As this was the last unit the retailer had in stock, I sought advice from Delivita regarding the safety of keeping the product given the minor damage. I was fobbed off, misled and lied to by their customer service agents. It appears a new company has recently acquired Delivita and is doing everything possible to avoid responsibility for any ovens manufactured prior to the takeover.

I requested technical advice and product support because the oven wouldn’t stay lit when using the gas burner. I was told to contact the retailer, despite the fact that the technical expertise clearly lies with Delivita—not the retailer.

My experience with a £1,195 oven: two units arrived damaged, one failed to function properly, and customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. Absolutely avoid and absolutely do not purchase through a third-party retailer, as Delivita will offer no product support and their warranty and the claims on their website will be meaningless.

Extremely disappointing, especially after having considered these ovens for a very, very long time.

The pizza oven is great and just what we wanted. We’ve already tested it out and it worked brilliantly.
The only negative is that we also ordered the sourdough balls which never arrived with the original order. Instead we had a handwritten note on the delivery slip to say they would be arriving a few days later which was really disappointing as we’d not been notified when we made the order. So we’ve get to try the dough balls.

Makes marvellous puzza

Great looking oven, unfortunately the ignition stopped working after first use, so now have to use a match to light. Not what you expect after only one night. Also the camping gas bottle was missing from the delivery. Notified company who said it would be sent out separately, and 2 weeks later still not received.
