Two months and no product delivered
Two months and no product delivered, just empty promises. Multiple requests for a refund and nothing. Finally requested refund through paypal, hopefully they can help.

Still no item...
I placed an order in April. I have emailed twice. Once to ask where my shipment is and was told it has been shipped but still waiting to be loaded onto the carrier (not even in the US yet). The second time was in the middle of June to request my money back. I was told it was shipped and was not granted my money back. I still have not received my item. I completely understand that shipping times are longer right now, but this is absurd. Nothing I have ordered has taken this long. When I click on the tracking number, there is no record of my order. I still want a refund...

Item still hasn’t arrived and it’s been over a month. No relevant tracking info available and no option to cancel order and get a refund. Item is over priced , I have since found out after purchasing an identical item due to the lack of delivery! Truly awful service, if I could get my money back, I would!
