I thought USPS was terrible with delivery timing but this service takes the first place in On-Time delivery & keeping the updates up to date on the Website. Packages will site in one location for dayyyysssss.. And when you inquire it's like you asking them to cut off their finger.. I am surprised REEF.com using this service, shocking.

The item was delivered. So they did the hard bit. I just feel if the customer service team member ends the call during a conversation, it's not ideal, it's not five star service! I get that he was in a hurry and he wasn't particularly rude or anything, but you wouldn't give them more three or 3.5 stars..

On 01/10/2025, I booked a delivery through this app from Golcha Cinema, Delhi under Order No. #CRN1678004918HF. The assigned delivery person, Vikas (bike no. UP 14 GE 4947), appeared intoxicated when he arrived. I handed him a bag for delivery.

Soon after leaving, I noticed on live tracking that he was moving in the opposite direction of the delivery address. I immediately tried calling him on 9548704492, but his phone was switched off, and the parcel never reached the destination.

I reported the matter to customer support, expecting immediate help. Shockingly, they said there would be no refund or compensation for the stolen items and advised me to go to the police, which I have done. A formal complaint has been filed to police .

This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional. It is unacceptable that a delivery person under the company’s name can steal a customer’s property while the platform takes no accountability or action. Allowing a delivery agent who appeared drunk to handle orders is a serious safety and trust issue.

The company must take strict disciplinary action against the delivery partner, cooperate with the police investigation, and compensate for the customer’s loss. Ignoring such incidents puts other users at risk and severely damages the credibility of the service.

Until these issues are addressed, I strongly do not recommend using this app for deliveries. Customers deserve safety, responsibility, and support not negligence and denial after a theft.

This company quite literally the worst delivery service there is. They are late with my package and falsified an update on their site saying they “failed delivery attempt” when they’ve never even came.
HORRIBLE. Ordered on 5/31 and it’s 6/11 and my package was supposed to get here Friday. They suck!

Chasing invoices owed for over three months over £4,500, ignoring phone calls and messages. Avoid AJ at delivered.direct all costs.
