Excellent products. Candles are so fragrant and burn properly, so no waste. Ordered, packaged well and delivered on time.

My order was delayed due to productivity, I emailed and Kirsty responded straight away apologising. She sent me a more expensive diffuser as they didn’t have the refill that I had ordered in stock plus as an apology she included a beautiful 250ml botanical body lotion. I am a very happy customer. Delilah products are absolutely lovely, the scents are the best I have found.

Wonderful service! One of the candles I ordered arrived with a broken lid. I messaged the company and a new one was sent out and arrived a couple of days later.
The candles I ordered are gifts but I also received some complimentary wax melts and they are amazing.

I heard about Delilah Chloe when they were on Chris Moyles' show and found they are fairly local (north west) to me. I initially contacted them to ask about samples of scents as I'm quite picky. I was recommended the starter kit which comes with all the melts and a burner included. I was not disappointed. First of all the price was a bargain! So lovely to not feel ripped off! The burner is simple so won't clash with any decor and would suit any room. And with the melts a little really does go a long way. Wonderful small business which I'm sure will have a great future.
