I submitted a $1,000 withdrawal about 45 minutes ago. The request was placed in a queue. After around 15 minutes, I contacted support. The site states replies typically take under two minutes, but I have not yet received a response.
Since submitting the withdrawal, my balance has decreased by approximately $3 and continues to fluctuate, which is concerning. I also noticed other users in the chat expressing dissatisfaction with their experiences.
At this time, I am waiting for clarification from support and for the withdrawal to be processed. I will update this review once I receive further information or the funds.
