They seem to be taking money even though they haven't got the stock in and then they blame Royal Mail for losing stuff.

Second time I’ve ordered from here and unfortunately item didn’t arrive. They chased this up and Royal Mail have lost the package. I was given a full refund quickly.

Strangest (non-)transaction ever and not sure if this is a legit site
This has been the strangest (non-)transaction ever. First of all I thought I'd bagged a bargain in two pairs of men's boots on 20 June 2022. After ordering, I received an email receipt saying your order is on it's way, but received no estimated delivery date. I felt a bit uneasy but said think positive. I received an email with a Royal Mail tracking number later that day, however, the link didn't work. Again, I felt uneasy and wondered whether the site could be bogus but decided to remain positive that this wasn't so. On the Saturday, I received an email from Deepsfootwear apologising that the package had been returned by Royal Mail because the boxes had been damaged and the boots were no longer in stock! Surely a place selling shoes had extra boxes to transport shoes.... something smelt very fishy. Anyway, they said I would be refunded. Let's hope that I do receive my money. If this is a legit site, steps need to be taken immediately so that potential customers can purchase with confidence – right now I'm checking my banking app for signs of the refund.

Clara Ladies Wedge Heel Peep Toe Sandals
I recently purchased the Clara Ladies wedge sandals in black and white, I don't normally order footwear on line as there seems to be such variation in fit. But I had seen these locally but in a size bigger than I wanted and they seemed they would be really comfortable in the right size. I took the chance and they were brilliant. So comfy, but also stylish and I've worn both pairs already. I would highly recommend these sandals.
I'd not used Deeps Footwear before either, but their service was excellent and dispatch was on time and I was promptly updated. The only reason I've given 4 stars rather than 5 was due to Royal Mail. I'd added the porch as a safe place for delivery but got home to find RM had been and gone without leaving the parcel. They re-delivered the next day and left the parcel in the porch before I could get to the door!
So 10 out of 10 for Deeps but not for RM!
