I've run out of superlative s for stevie at dbme . Stevie is a one band man but the quality and price of his corals can't be beat. I've been using dbme from more or less when stevie started and he s my go to for corals , not only that his comp and raffles give you a chance to win a high end coral for as little as 49p . Also the WhatsApp groups are always there for useful advice and stevies flash sales are always a good way to pick up a bargain . Don't delay if your an old salty like me or new to this great hobby give dbme a look

DBME Excellent Service all round

DBME provided an exceptional experience! I was impressed by the friendly service from start to finish. Not only were the prices competitive, Stevie was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to assist me. Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant customer service…

Absolutely brilliant customer service over and over again
The after care as being a customer is 2nd to none. Deep Blue Marine Emporium sell coral so suit everyone's budget . From beginners in Marine keeping to the more advanced you will sure find a little treasure.
Delivery is always quick, the Corals are always packaged up well, kept toasty too.
If ever you have a question or a problem Stevie at DBME is your person to go to.
He will always be ready to help.

Benefit of the doubt spent

My first order had a poor delivery with no heat pack, the octo had damaged fleshbands back to it's mouth and the WYSIWYG pavona was not in fact what I ordered. Got a refund on the panova. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered more since and the following deliveries were came warm, but I paid for a double head on the next order and was only sent a single. Stevie did send out a replacement for the missing head which I appreciated. I won an acan in the raffles and it arrived full of barnacle pests that dipping wouldn't kill. The final thing that made me give up on DBME was buying a banana torch, once again arrived with damaged fleshband back to it's mouth and it's still struggling to recover, so pale in colouration currently that it looks nothing like the sale pictures. My message to Stevie about this was ignored so I've stopped giving them the benefit of the doubt and gone elsewhere.

We appreciate you acknowledging the steps that were taken to address some of the issues, including refunds and replacements when errors were identified. While we strive to ensure all livestock arrives healthy, shipping live coral always carries inherent risks, and we work hard to mitigate those through packing standards, heat packs when required, and prompt support.

That said, we recognize that repeated disappointments and missed communication can understandably lead to frustration. We regret that your final message went unanswered and that this contributed to your decision to shop elsewhere. This is feedback we take seriously and will review internally to improve both the quality control and customer communication.

I’ve had an amazing experiences with Deep Blue Marines Emporium, especially thanks to Stevie, who is always on hand to help. Their corals are some of the best you can buy, and the whole process from ordering or winning to delivery is spot on. The packing is absolutely second to none, always arriving in perfect condition even if you have any issues he will go abbove and beyond to make sure you are happy.
The DBME Community WhatsApp group is brilliant too, offering everything from general chit-chat to genuinely helpful guides and advice. I’ve picked up some great corals 😎🔥 in the Flash Sale events, and even won some excellent corals in the V.I.P. section raffles🪸, which are extremely reasonably priced. It’s always a real buzz when you WIN, especially knowing the quality is top-tier compared to some of the more dubious sellers out there.
Overall, a fantastic company with a fantastic team. Highly recommended!

Definitely one of the best coral companies in the uk. Stevie is so friendly and professional, he’s dedicated to providing the best service possible and always there to answer any questions. The corals all look amazing and reasonably priced, I will definitely be a regular customer

Top quality

Well it's difficult to pin point what DBME are doing right. In a nutshell it's (everything) top quality corals. First class service. Packaging is great and the fun to be had on the WhatsApp groups is great. With regards the raffles it a great way to get high end corals in your tank very cheaply. All in all 5 🌟 from me.
