James came and sorted out our garden lights. He was on time extremely pleasant and fixed the problem.

Very impressed by Deeks' professionalism. Always clear, no fuss and reliable. Hayden did carried out an outstanding job for my elderly mother to install a new circuit and oven, keeping her updated and tidying up thoroughly after himself. Thank you!

We had our Solar Panels upgraded and batteries fitted. The service was very professional from start to finish.

Just had some more electrical work done by Deeks, thus time an EV charger. James and Oscar are a credit to the company - knowledgeable, explained everything, got on with the job, clean and tidy, exactly what you would want.

Had an issue with my solar system, Josh attended and diagnosed the issue was on the roof caused by pigeons! Luke arranged scaffolding, Ryan and Oscar removed the panels, Luke arranged a roof clean, James and Oscar then attended reinstalled the now clean panels and roof, system now working perfectly. Excellent service all round , highly recommended

Our first contact with Luke Carver who visited the house to assess the job was very efficient and arranged very quickly. Luke fully understood the job we wanted doing and supplied a written quote the same day. He also booked a date for the job naming the two electricians who would attend. Josh and Oscar arrived exactly on time were exceptionally polite and found very good solutions to how best complete our job. Will definitely use again

It was a pleasure to be greeted by Ryan and Oscar today. They have been to our premises before so a friendly face was welcomed. They always greet us with a smile and they are always happy to help. They do go above and beyond their role.

Very professional and thorough. Our electrician Josh was excellent and would highly recommend.

I wanted solar panels, battery storage, EV chargepoint, solar-powered immersion heather and the ability to use them when there's no grid power. Throughout the quoting, discussion and construction phases of the project all Deeks staff listened to my requests.
Although my property is small there was a lot of cabling to and from my separate garage where I decided to house the indoor equipment. All cabling was done neatly, even so far as repointing my garden paving. This shows the versatility of everyone involved. Luke, Ryan, Hayden and Josh all kept me informed, were always polite, cleaned up dust and cable ends etc. and did a very neat job that met my needs.

Two things to mention:
1. I had a query regarding scaffolding whilst my project manager was away and emailed the office. Someone who wasn't involved in my installation was able to enquire and answer my question, showing that communication throughout Deeks are active.
2. There were software and internet challenges with the final steps of my inverter. The team did not give up and kept returning to try various solutions until it was all fully functioning. It's worth pointing out I had already settled the invoice.

Very reliable service and friendly staff, we always go back to them for any electrical works- light switches, bathroom mirror lights, fans, we used them for many occasions over the years.

Our recent job was changing light switches in multiple rooms. The electrician James was very polite and helpful, and also looked into a separate kitchen lights issue we have had for years. He immediately had a look on the spot and did a temporary fix, then came back with a new parts.

We had solar panels, inverter and batteries installed, as well as driveway lights and additional outdoor sockets. Luke, James, Ryan and Hayden did a great job. Great communication, did what was agreed on time and with no fuss. Only been up a week, but a great experience so far.

Having recently fitted a new distribution board, Josh came back to instal some now downlighters in our bathroom.
Again he turned up on time and carried out a his work neatly, tidily and effeciently.
No hestitation in recomending Josh and Deeks

Sam from Deeks Electrical fitted an Andersen A3 car charging point and carried out some jobs in and around the home. I'm happy and impressed with the very professional job. Quality of the work is really top notch. I highly recommend Deeks if you need to install a car charging point or any electrical jobs you may need in and around the home. You get the feeling that no job is too big or too small for Deeks!
