Good all round performance from the dedito team well done

Great boots and great service

Had over trousers and jacket, by far the best waterproofs ive ever had, first day beating in torrential rain all day and I was bone dry underneath. At last something that actually works 💪🏻

The gaiters I ordered were far too small, I couldn't fasten them. My wife tried them and they were so tight as to be unwearable. Both of us are normal size humans! They only came in one size so I suggest that it should be stated that they are small. As it is they cost me money to have posted to me and now I'm having to pay to have them posted back.

Boots arrived but didn’t fit to small even though I got a size bigger.
Then cost me £20 to send back also no return form in box .
So overall for such a big company and the price you pay for them very disappointing in Dedito boots .

Always a little unsure of ordering footwear on line in case of size discrepancies but I went for my usual size 5 and the boots are a nice fit without needing thick socks. Ordering from the website was easy and straightforward and delivery was very quick. I have worn my boots a couple of times now and the are a little stiff but I’m hoping they will wear in. Also ordered the boot care kit to look after them

I bought a pair of Didito waterproof trousers wore them twice no damage tears or anything that could lead them to leak but they did leak.

The problem with them they leak through the stitching holes in the seams, to counteract this known fault Didito put a nylon inner liner in to carry the water away to you boots, it doesn't work your trousers get soaked.

I had had my trousers 9 months purchased in January 25 and like I said
no damage whatsoever.

I contacted Didito who were quick to reply asking for the original receipts and photos of the problem area front and
rear which I supplied, 2 days later I had a reply saying they were out of
guarantee so nothing could be done
however they would give me 15% off my
next pair (they must be stupid if they
think i will part with my money to buy
another pair)

I replied to them again hoping they
would reconsider but as yet I have had
no reply.
The waterproof coats are made from the
same material so beware they could
also leak.
Product rating ZERO they are not waterproof.

Had a pair of these boots for over 12 years so decided to buy a new pair

I thought for a long time about ordering a pair of Dodi boots, "could I justify spending a significant amount of money on another pair of boots?" Well I did and I'm so glad I have. I have used them most days when walking my dogs and have found them to be warm and comfortable. I'm now looking forward to using them out in the field and woods on dog training days.
There was a bit of a kerfuffle over the delivery due to Parcel Force being useless, but the customer service I received from Mel was great. So thank you Mel for all your help.

Boots that last. I wear Moorland in winter and Dodi in summer. Great boots

quick and easy transaction

Purchased the Luca boots in June 2025 and they have already split and got holes in them. I approached the Dedito team at the Yorkshire Shooting Show last weekend and showed them. I was called a liar and they said that they were a lot older than they actually were and I had stitched the Dedito logo on the side. I am shocked and appalled by the customer service and product. Absolutely avoid.
