Pe departe cel mai bun magazin! Personalul este foarte bine instruit, de fiecare dată mi au răspuns cu răbdare și profesionalism la întrebări. Cumpar cu mare plăcere de la Dedeman! Ieri am avut o surpriză plăcută când am auzit Chopin în difuzoarele lor😊. Asta s a întâmplat la magazinul din Brașov de pe strada Griviței. Felicit tot personalul!

Ma intreb cum acei doi indivizi care au aceasta companie dedeman …
Un lucru pot sa le spun celor doi : dak nu are staff dedicat/pasionat/determinat sa munceaasca si profesionali este egal cu zero. Staff fc tot nu patroniii sau totii care sau ajuns bogatii peste Noapte.
Prin urmare staff care al aveti in majoritarea magazinelor nu exista pasiune /determinare si proactivitate in special (informatii cu clientii /cashier’s/pe magazin.

Very dissatisfied with Dedeman.
Every-time I order a large piece of furniture I’m met with Dedeman’s driver saying “they cannot deliver it in front of building as the street is too narrow.”
I had same size furniture delivered to me by other brands without issue, also offering the service to carry it in your home.
Even if it’s a paid service, no one from Dedeman made it available for me upon purchase, only for me to find out afterwards carrying a large 160x200 by myself from 3 streets away from my original address.

This will be my last purchase ever from Dedeman.

O ANGAJATĂ A FOST FOARTE BLÂNDĂ, VORBIT CU MINE...

Este magazinul care îmi oferă produsele necesare pentru bricolaj.

Nu recomand sa se cumpere din acest magazin, majoritatea produselor vandute sunt de caliate indoielnica, astepti dupa un vanzator care habar nu are ce vinde si nu il intereseaza sa serveasca clientul ci sa serveasca interesul magazinului in vanzarea de produse de proasta calitate.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Dedeman. The service is terrible, and they hide important information. They delivered the product we ordered, but they “forgot to mention” that the customer has to unload it themselves — they only bring it to the door. What is that supposed to be??

They won’t even unload the goods from the truck, even though the customer is paying for the service.
If you don’t want to do the unloading yourself, then don’t buy your construction materials from here.

The minimum expectation would be that they deliver and unload the ordered goods — or if they don’t have staff for this, they should say so at the moment of purchase, so the customer knows what to expect. I am absolutely not satisfied with the service.

Lady her name is Florea Alina si asked me if si can help I tell her that I don’t expect that much because in the ather Dedeman store the customer service and the supervisor was so rut thei change eyes ichader theling me thei can’t find my transaction for returning my tiles .
To the store Dedeman Ploieşti Obor All the personnel was so friendly. Customer service Florea Alina ask me if I can take a picture of the package of the tiles .I sed yes ,I went to my car I take a picture and bring her the barcode.in about 2 minutes si find my transaction si ask about the athere staf that I processed in that day si ask to bring the tile in for processing. Evrething take 5 minutes. To the Dedeman store Ploiesti Blejoi take me 2 hours with no help.
I like to thank to the management staf to the Dedeman Ploiesti Obor for the real customer support.

Am cumpărat sămânță de cartofi 🥔 din dedeman cu 6 lei și au ieșit niște anomalii care arata ca niște prune scorojite cei mici, iar cei mari au câte 2 capete și par lichefiati. Rușine.

A major disappointment – definitely not a 5-star hotel

We had high expectations, but sadly, this hotel did not live up to the 5-star standard. In my opinion, it’s more like a 3-star hotel, at best.

The food selection was very limited, and the queues were extremely long at mealtimes. Housekeeping was poor, and the toiletries—like shampoo—seemed to be diluted with water.

The only positive part was the kids’ room and the two sweet and dedicated staff members working there – they truly deserve praise.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, including 4-star ones, which were far better in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone

Am cumparat doar cativa saci de sapa autonivelanta, tocmai pentru ca nu imi place tratamentul personalului in ceea ce priveste clientul si am venit sa fac un retur.
Materialele au fost luate pe firma, bonul nemaifiind in posesia mea.
In toate magazinele e posibil sa se gaseasca produsul dupa CUI firma, aici politica nu ii lasa si nici nu exista amabilitate, flexibilitate.
Doar ca returul, cica e o favoare. Dar ca eu cumpar de la acest magain nu este o favoare?

Am fost la magazinul din Bacau (republicii) cu gandul de a cumpara un sistem de izolatie exterioara complet. La raionul de vata minerala, 3 angajati in jurul meu, pot vedea si ma pot auzi ca sunt interesat de mai multe informatii despre produse insa nu ma abordeaza nimeni. Dupa 10min renunt si merg la informatii. Le explic situatia si cer mai multe informatii despre transport, mentionand ca situatia creata ma determina sa cumpar de la Leroy merlin. Raspunsul persoanei este sec: "cum doriti".
Merg la departamentul transport, acolo nu e nimeni. Un domn amabil de la securitate il cheama pe cel responsabil. Vizibil deranjat cu o atitudine neprietenoasa, domnul de la transport vorbeste cu noi la per-tu.
Dupa aceasta experienta cu gust amar, am mers la Leroy merlin unde totul a fost perfect.

Cea mai proasta firma, nu comandati , daca comandati orice produse si in caz ca este ceva de construcții , soferul sta degeaba , zice ca nu au oameni si nici nu misca un deget. Daca aveti probleme cu spatele sau sunteti in varsta nu aveti cum sa luati produsele . Degeaba va veni

I went into the store .it cost us over 12 euro the
trasnport with some friends to purchase some fitting for a vORTEX washing machine and we had an unpleasant experince The staff of the store are not adhere to health and safety policy some isle are not clean and represent an hazard for the custemers INSIDE the store .We spend over 12At the custmor department and show the components for fitting the washing Vortex the sales person did not have a clue about what we demand from him ,he sold us wrong item size we asked him about 4 times show him all the right size photos .The products sold by Dedeman soem are below standards of manufacturing quality ISO standards.I do not accept any excuses behalf of Dedeman sorry or or staff .My personal rewiw about Dedeman store lots of of the item are imported from China overpriced Sorry do not send me any email about support dedeman support or apologies .

Acum 2 ani am cumpărat o cutie frigorifica 12v. Am folosit cutia călătorind vara din Vrancea către plajele bulgărești. Cutia nu răcea deloc și am vrut să o duc înapoi să o returnez. Mi-a fost refuzat returul pe motiv că a fost folosită. Cum era să-mi dau seama dacă produsul face serviciul care se găsește în descriere? In plus angajații din Ploiești erau foarte aroganți și pur și simplu mi-au întors spatele.

Am cumparat wireless dorebell Home cu 150m acoperire, merge la maxim 50m cu indulgenta. Am cumparat produsul la recomandarea angajatului dedeman. Nici o intrebare daca e pt casa cu curate sau apartment. Nici macar o intrebare de suprafata care o a opera. Am vrut sa Las review la produs pe siteul Dedeman, e imposi bil trebuie sa fi client si sa comanzoäi online ca sa poti face asta. Serviciul cu client ii de toata jena. NU RECOMAND.

Ca client frecvent al Dedeman, am fost mereu impresionat de varietatea produselor disponibile. Totuși, ultimele experiențe m-au determinat să reconsider această apreciere datorită politicii de prețuri excesive pe care am întâlnit-o recent. Este dezamăgitor să constați că articole de bază, cum ar fi saibe, piulite sau holsuruburi, sunt vândute la bucata, la prețuri exorbitante, care depășesc cu mult costul rațional. Aceste prețuri exagerate nu doar că pun o presiune financiară neașteptată pe consumatori, dar strică și încrederea într-un brand care se vrea a fi de partea oamenilor obișnuiți. Este esențial ca Dedeman să reconsidere această strategie de preț și să adopte o politică mai justă și transparentă. Consumatorii merită respect și prețuri corecte, nu tactici care să-i îndepărteze. Sper ca Dedeman să revizuiască aceste politici și să adopte o abordare mai echitabilă în stabilirea prețurilor, pentru a nu-și pierde clienții fideli. Rusine să le fie pentru această abordare lacomă!

Great company to deal with. Great prices, lots of items available, and the staff working at dedeman petrosani is very nice polite and helpful. I cant recomend them enough
