UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE, MORE THAN ONCE ACTUALLY.

Where to begin. I ordered a couch from Decor Market in November, it is now nearly January and I'm still waiting on the couch to be delivered. I have called and emailed them several times (atleast 5 times), speaking with a different customer service rep each time who assured me they'd look into my order and get back to me. The first time I called, which was nearly 3 weeks after my order, I spoke with a gentleman who said my order should have shipped and he does not know why it hasn't, but that they'd look into it and call me back the next day. Of course, no one called me back.

Days go by, I call again and this time its a woman I spoke with who asks me "Are you sure the couch wasn't shipped and you just weren't home to receive it?" ...well considering I never received an email with tracking or any order related updates, how would I know?! She says she will look into the order and also check on why no one got back to me, and assures me this time someone will call me back THAT same day. Again, no one calls me back.

I wait a few days, then I decided to send their customer service email a message stating everything that has happened thus far, and my disappointment in the complete lack of follow through. Lo and behold, someone calls me back that next morning and states that they've been having company issues because their Director left recently, but that I will receive my order and that an email will be sent within 48 hours with tracking information. Guess what....never received that email.

A few more days go by, and now I receive a call from their shipping carrier asking me what days I'll be home so they can deliver the couch. They asked me whether December 28th would work between 9:00AM-1:00PM, I said sure thats fine. The gentleman said that someone would be calling me back to confirm the delivery for that date/time. Again, never received a confirmation call or any email related to tracking information.

December 17th, I decide to call Decor Market customer service to check whether or not this couch is actually being delivered. The woman I spoke with (Lily?) had no idea what was going on with my order, asked me if I was aware it was being delivered LTL, I said well you guys never sent me any information related to the delivery so apparently not. She puts me on hold and tries to track it, then tells me it will get delivered at 9:00PM tonight. I was seriously like, you have to be kidding me right because I'm not even home. I told her someone called me previously and asked whether December 28th between the hours of 9:00AM-1:00PM would work and I said yes, so why would it be delivered so late at night without any prior notice. She cannot provide me with any information and asked that I call the carrier directly.

Update, it is now 12:30PM on December 28th and the couch is not here. I call the carrier and they said there hasn't been any delivery attempts, but that they could schedule the delivery if I give them some dates and times that work for me next week. At this point, I'm furious because I had to rush home from out of town to be home to receive the delivery and its not even scheduled to be delivered.

Moral of the story, do yourself a favor. DO NOT ORDER from Decor Market, it is not worth the slight discount. I feel like my money has been taken and goods not delivered. I have never in my life had this type of issue ordering furniture online. Their customer service reps do not care about what happens to your order after they've taken your money. I'd give them ZERO stars if I could.

I accidentally stumbled on this website! So glad I did! Prices are affordable and so modern and clean! I love it and highly recommend this website! Shipping was quick as well! Love love love!!!

Highly trust worthy and knowledable people. Great seat covers, and wide variety of fabrics. Ask for Susan, she's always prompt and really goes out of her way to help anyone. Family owned and operated and made in the U.S.A.

I found a Safavieh Palladian Mirror that I wanted to order on another site and was looking online for the best price. That’s how I discovered Décor Market. I was a little leery since I was not familiar with the company but found some great reviews so decided to give them a try.

I emailed customer service to ask a question about the color, and Eric responded within 90 minutes confirming it was the white color that I wanted. That began a fruitful email conversation with him. I told him that I would order 2 of the mirrors the following week since I would be out of town and didn’t want them to arrive while I was away. He offered to arrange for the mirrors to ship when I returned if I wanted to order sooner rather than risk them being out of stock. Hmmm, good idea and very helpful! I placed the order online and did a chat with customer service to hold delivery until after I returned, and for good measure, I emailed Eric with the same information. This time he responded within 30 minutes ensuring me that he personally inputted my order and delayed shipping until the day of my return.

Ten days later, the evening I returned from my trip, I emailed Eric to say that I was back just to make sure they had shipped. He emailed me the next morning with my tracking information and I received the mirrors the next day, on Wednesday. They were exactly what I wanted, but one was damaged. So I emailed Eric and he said no problem, they would swap it out, and he had already processed a return label for me. I packed up the mirror and sent it back the next day. The replacement was shipped simultaneously and I received it on Monday, only one week total to receive BOTH shipments!

I am impressed with the speed of delivery, and especially with the quality of the customer service. And the mirrors look great! I highly recommend Décor Market!!

I had a issue with the table i ordered, but a gentleman named Eric took great care of me by replacing the table with another one. I also ordered 2 end tables they came in in great shape & was a great project putting them together. Thanks again Eric for great customer service.

When I had a question customer service replied quickly to my email. Ordering was simple and I received my dining chairs in a timely manner

Great service, product arrived in a banged up box by FED-X but they sent replacement immediately. The Customer Service Rep was great to work with.

call with questions prior to order was handled quickly, complete information was providing, including shipping information; the item was received, as described, on the date it was promised (which does not always happen with furnishings I am learning). So if you want something they are selling on Décor Market web site I would enthusiastically recommend them.

The website/ checkout was very easy to use. Although I couldn't find a tracking number for the confirmation email. It didn't really matter though, I received my order incredibly fast, like two days fast! I've been looking at other websites for the same items which were much more expensive then the ones on this site. The items were exactly what was pictured.

I do not give reviews often unless I find something spectacular that I need to share, and Decor Market is it. FANTASTIC selection at ALL price points there is virtually something fabulous for all. No tax, free shipping. I found all 5 items I have been looking at for a remodel less than any other site including Walmart and Target.

Love this website, great prices and really fast shipping for furniture which was nice. Plan to order again soon

Quick Delivery and excellent customer service! Didn' t know what to expect from this company since there wasn't any reviews I could find. However, I was able to see Interior Decorators were using them so that had to mean something. Overall, I am satisfied and would use them again.
