Disappointed Experience....
First of All i came in to your notice after i post review on Trustpilot I mean you don't have panel to manage orders if i have done the payment you would have to wait until client open ticket even though i tried to contact your live support & they won't reply to me But suddenly after posting review i got reply from you guys on live chat WOW. Secondly you said i need to open support ticket to get the decoding done. i understand that the file is encrypted with dynamic key & needs manual modification. But you should tell user the amount before payment. Any way i'm not dragging that further i believe this is the review you guys deserve & it's ok if you don't send me the refund i would not request it further.

If your order did not require manual decoding, you would not need to send us a ticket and your order would be completed, but since it requires manual decoding, we will wait for the customer to confirm it.
The number of online chat messages is very high and we cannot handle them all.
That's why we ask customers to stand in line by sending a ticket so that we can deal with their problem.
We do not force you to pay more and place a manual decryption order.
You have completed your payment through the WebMoney payment gateway and you can message us in the ticket so that your money is returned to your WebMoney account.
