I ordered 2 garland from this company in the beginning of November
I received tracking from Switzerland uo until the second week in Decdmber. The tracking stopped in North Carolina, and I am in New York
When I inquired 3x's about where the 65 dollar garland was, the new tracking was coming from China. Total fraud. Do not use this company.

HORRIBLE DISHONEST FAKE COMPANY!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I purchased 2 garlands from them in the beginning of November! Still havent received them. I used Paypal instead of my AMX and im regretting that. Declaratiy lies to Paypal and gives fake traking numbers and says the garland was delivered. FALSE!! So now Paypal is siding with them. Total lie!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. First ordered garland on 11/20/24. Finally received it 1/03/25 after two different tracking numbers, first coming from Czechoslovakia and then tracking from China. What I ordered is definitely not what I received. Garland is VERY SKIMPY and SMELLS BAD!!. Also they overcharged my card!!!! After reading all the bad reviews I will be reaching out to PayPal for a refund as I'm sure contacting the company will be a waste of time.

Ordered garland in early November, never arrived and they quit responding.

Still don’t have the item I ordered 12/1. Overcharged my credit card too. Get updates every day, but no product. This is a scam. My credit card company told me not to order from Instagram or Facebook but to go directly to the website and read reviews. Too law unfortunately. Do not order from Declarity!

Ordered on Nov 16th. Watched updates and tracking closely. Dec 14 tracking said it had made it to Huntsville. I still hadn’t received it and had no further updates so I sent an email Dec 21. I asked for a refund. They responded saying they had “notified the carrier to expedite delivery.” Pretty sure it doesn’t work like that. But they refused a refund and offered no other assistance. It is Jan 1 now and no tracking updates or package. I got scammed and won’t be seeing that money again.

I ordered four 6-foot garlands on 11/18 and the tracking they provided said it was coming from Finland. I reached out to them today (12/30/24) because the last update was that it was at a warehouse in Illinois on 12/17. They responded to my email saying that it was delivered and gave me a different tracking number, and told me to check with my local post office or check with neighbors. The new tracking number they gave me had that it was coming from China, so it was completely different than the original tracking number.
I called the local post office (usps) and they said both tracking numbers were not ones they use. I also looked on FedEx, UPS, DHL and found nothing. I’m trying to get a refund at this point and am beyond frustrated with this experience. I wish I had seen these reviews sooner because it is likely a scam

item took forever, no response from the company. Overcharged my card- no indication it was coming from outside the US, stated being held in france for customs. Charged my card $17 over the amount on the invoice. Can't get a response on the return of the item as they are cheap and flimsy plastic garland, do not look like the item advertised.

Ordered Christmas garland November 14th and it still hasn't arrived! They lost track of it! I've repeatedly asked for refund. They keep claiming one is on the way. I just want my money back from a unrepentant company!

I ordered and finally the garland did arrive after waiting a month . It is nothing like as advertised. No lush at all sparse very disappointing . I would not recommend purchasing.

Scam. Ordered in early December and tracking showed it went through Irish customs, us customs and then arrived in china! Customer service, when contacted didn’t explain the china piece, but promised to expedite the shipment. 10 days later, no contact.

Didn't send anything, completely robbed me. My first time getting jacked. You see I guess if I needed that money as bad as they obviously must then I would work harder, make more money. Never STEAL!!! My God it is a commandment!!!! Pathetic losers!!!!!!

Over a month waiting, then I started to dig.... Could not find the charge for the items I purchased on any of my Cards, which is odd. But as I started looking, several unathorized charges for Amazon appeared on our travel card, which is very odd, because we always use a Business card or Debit card for Amazon. Not a travel credit card. I only use that for purchase I feel I may get scammed with. Needless to say after going through all our purchases both video and business accounts, non of those transactions matched. So I disputed them all and got a new card. My theory is that they are just stealing credit cards and buying stuff. Total scam, check your statements people.

Ughhhh I wish these reviews were posted before we all got scammed!!! I ordered garland from instagram ads which were constantly in my feed. Ordered on Nov 12. Emailed them December 15 to complain, they said they expedite a new shipment. Original shipment was coming from Portugal and now it’s coming from china. Unfortunately, I paid on my debit card and probably can not take any course of action. 😫

The biggest joke! Ordered 11/3/24 and still do not have it 12/19/24. I keep getting the run around from customer service.

Major scam! Ordered 8 garland stands on 11/16/2024 being influenced by Instagram ads for a while. They sent a shipping “update” with it tracking (all in one package) and coming from Ireland. A few days ago it arrived in Charlotte but hasn’t moved. I reached out again. Now they are giving me TWO tracking numbers. Neither of which matches the first. These are shipping from China and JUST SHIPPED. This seems like a major scam. Super fishy. I have reported to PayPal but am worried their “communication” and fake shipping updates will fall in their favor. Beyond frustrating.

This is a complete farse - I ordered two garlands on Nov. 19 - at time of purchase there was no indication that it was an overseas product - not until after you receive confirmation of your order, but after you get tracking information and you see it bouncing from Germany - now its in Louisiana and I'm in So Carolina?? I've reached out several times, with "apologies". I am getting a credit on my card and they can take their garlands and eat them!!!

I have been waiting for my garland order since November. It's Dec 17 and nothing. I will call my credit card and tell them I have been scammed. First they said it was coming from Ireland now it's coming from China. Horrible! Update: My bank agreed with me and refunded my money in full on Dec 19th. I never received my garlands.Buyers beware and read all
these bad reviews! If you never received it file a complaint with your bank. Show them these reviews.

I ordered garland on November 17th and its still not here. The first tracking number showed it was coming from Italy and spent an entire 10 days all over Italy. Then United States and now nothing. I emailed the company and they said something was wrong with the tracking system and gave me a new number and showed coming from China. Then when I called them on it they give me a new number and it takes me nowhere. I'm fairly sure I've been scammed!
*UPDATE I got it Christmas Eve....too late to put up but it came, over a month after I purchased it.
